If you're talking about any kind of real money (let's say more then 10k) it's def. Bitcoins. I'm dead serious. You can move hundreds of tousands worth of USD instantly all around the globe. Buying/Selling bitcoins is very easy nowadays. There are books like directbet that you don't even need an account. You just bet X amount and when it's settle they send it right back to your wallet. It's much more secure then most books... + your bitcoins are gaining value over time (bitcoins outperform by the Dow and Gold and oil during past 3 years).
