    SPORTINGBET stold my money

I want to share my story. Maybe I will find help here. I had a sportingbet account where I deposit twice. I made soccer bets mainly. I decided to withdraw and my money arrived. After that I continue betting to sportingbet. At the second withdraw they ask me for two documents for verifications. I gave them. I received e-mail in which they told me that my account and papers were validated and they wish me good luck on sportingbet pages but to withdraw again because the withdrawl was cancelled in the meanwhile. After two days my account was closed and my money taken. I contact them on chat and they said that because rule 1.4 my bets were cancelled and my money too. In that two days I put no bet. The 1.4 rule: The Sportingbet site and the promotions offered to Sportingbet customers are designed for customers taking part in recreational betting and gaming and if we believe that the bets are being placed or the site is being used for any other reason, other than recreational betting, for example but not limited to fraud, collusion, arbitrage or matched betting, then Sportingbet reserves the right to refuse or void bets, to refuse to grant a bonus or promotion, to exclude a customer from Sportingbet bonuses, rewards or promotions on an ongoing basis or to close a customer account without notice. Sportingbet undertakes customer profiling in making this determination.
SO Soccer bets are not recreational because I do not understand? I read that arbitrage is between two or more bookies. How cand I do that with only one sportsbook? I did not take any bonus or promotion. Can you help me with an advise? Thank you!

If being "non recreational" is the total of your sins, closing the account is expected. But confiscating your funds is totally unacceptable.

But if you sins are "fraud or collusion" then I have little sympathy for your plight.

If you feel you have been cheated file a complaint.

These bookies look at the arbing services also and see their logos and lines on them

A lot of these arbing services you just click and it goes right to their website and makes the back very quickly

    It's very easy to tell
Many players also arb and make the same bet as you

    Makes no difference.
To the bookie the effect is the same - you're regularly beating the market and closing line.
I've been booted/severely limited at dozens of books with many calling me an arber - I'm NOT!
I just shop keenly for the best lines and odds.

Thank you for your answers. What I don't understand is: arbing or not is it correct not giving you the last withdrawl and keep the money for themselves? Thanks again!
