I have my user information sent to me from their customer rep 'Gia." saved in my phone. It says my username and password. Now all of a sudden they play silly games and say they do not have anyone with that account info. It was the same clown who kept giving me excuses not to process my withdrawal now saying I did not even have an account. When I type in my login it says call customer service.
These frauds need to be blacklisted! And for such a small withdrawal amount!
