I had a problem with Bet-at-home 2 years ago when they confiscated me around 800€

I was accused of balance betting with another user.

Finally after a long investigation i can now prove i am innocent.

I signed up and deposited 100€ in April 2012, received 50€ bonus, placed around 15-20 bets and asked for a withdrawal.

I sent my scans, they were rejected in order to delay the withdrawal, then i sent pictures taken with a camera. Then i was asked the relation i had with one player and one affiliate. Finnally i was accused of balance betting with that player and for being related with the affiliate in question.

I filled a complaint with LGA, that told me that BAH provided them suficient information to support the confiscation of the funds. THIS IS FALSE AND I CAN PROVE IT.

BAH provided fake or insuficient information to LGA as i have proof of my bets and the bets that the other player placed.

The other player i was accused of playing as a team is a friend of mine...he signed up through and affiliate link on Blogabet that was owned by one of his friends that was selling tips on Blogabet.

My friend signed up in March 2012, deposited 100€, received 50€ of bonus, placed ONE SINGLE WAGER, lost it and never deposited again on BAH. I HAVE PROOF OF THIS:

Then, after he told me about the service he was buying from his friend, i signed up via the same affiliate link in order to get a discount...i deposited 100€ on BAH, received 50€ and accomplished the rollover in around 15-20 bets.

Then i got my funds confiscated for playing as a team making balance betting with my friend's account...

My friend placed one bet in March, i placed 15 in April...and they accuse me of balance betting with him?

I CAN PROVE THIS.

Then, Moneybookers closed my account and after a long investigation i was told that was because of a BAH investigation.

BAH found that my friend was friends with the affiliate user he signed up to BAH...that is against the terms...

But it is not my fault that my friend did that...so, just because i signed through the same affiliate link, BAH confiscated my funds.


LGA has not been helpfull at all...

So please, SBR help me with this.
