    Finding out the hard way why SIA is a C- book

    About a week ago they sent me an email accusing me of having multiple accounts because some one else also had been betting RAS plays there and had similar plays as myself. I sent in a link to his webpage showing the play history and decided since my limits were cut 90% that I just don't want to play there anymore.

    I requested a payout on December 3 and of course they want ID and bank statements even though no prior withdraws that I had done this was required. So I make pdf files of the requested documents and email them to their security department that same day. Five days later my withdraw is still pending. I contact them to find out what the hold up is and they say there is a 3-5 day time period to review the documents. WTF!!!!! It's a photo ID and a bank statement............it should not take this long to reveiw two stinking documents.

    Use to be my main book. Virtwallet depositing, hahahah, what a joke. You have to wait 14 days before you can request a withdrawal, EVEN though the money is taken from your bank account by Virtwallwet within 3-5 days.

    Their bonuses suck a$$ and their customer service is pathethic outside of Kyle.

    You are right that that would be a good way to get the account shut down. I don't think I bet any RAS stuff there when I had the full limits. When they cut my limits basically the account was done, so I said fuk it and just bet everything RAS released there for my $100 limit.

    RAS is one of about 2 sharps that sell. Their NCAAB totals are deadly (although I don't know about their other sports).

    tomato was steam betting I"ve gathered that from other threads.... SIA if your winning and withdrawing large amounts will investigate..... I got banned after requesting a withdrawal because I had almost 10K in the account and know their past record of confiscations. I got paid and shown the door. But betting RAS there is asking to get kicked win or lose.

    Requested a payout on 12/3 and it's now 12/18 and still haven't seen my money. I call them and they say someone will email me back explaining what is going on and of course they don't even follow through on that. Very frustrating!!!!

    I know that shit happens sometimes but WTF can't you have the customer service people actually do some customer service?

    They did get back to me tonight and apparently there was a screw up with the shipper. The situation has been resolved.
