I'm frustrated with betowi. After completing their rollover I submitted last week a 500 usd (their max payout) withdrawal. i contacted them on live chat and they told me it is a 72 hours procedure, after 72 hours I contacted them again and they told me that there are dificculties because I live abroad (not USA). I told them that this does not make sense because they would told me when I deposited. they accepted international bettors and had mostly of european league soccer or other sports lines. Once they told me that they will pay that day, but I din not receive anything. yesterday on live chat one member of their staff told me exactly: "Do you understand english? You will not receive any money from us?!". I'm very frustrated. I have 2199 usd on my account. that money is very important for me...

BetOWI advertises through a variety of sports forums, not an unknown book to some. Best action is to file a complaint with SBR. If indeed your English isn't great maybe there has just been a communication breakdown with you not understanding them & vice versa. Did you take any screencaps of the chat with their CS?

OP can u go into more details please? It's kinda vague of what is going on here? Also file a complaint with SBR let them try and get to the bottom of this. Not sure why they wouldn't pay u when they don't have any complaints, where do u live btw?

They can be a little frustrating to work with but I don't think they are going to stiff you.

The same person that one day before told me that "You will not be paid", changed his attitude and told me to give time till Monday, because according to him in Costa Rica it is Holiday time (I doubt it)... Really I'm concerned, because it is only a 500 usd payout and totally I have 2200 usd there. Hope SBR will help me...!

They were actually telling you the truth about the holidays. Costa Rica is observing Holy Week and both Thursday and Friday are national holidays. Friday the 11th was also a national holiday so many people take the week off (including here at SBR). It's frustrating but I'd contact them again on Monday to see what they say then.

Ok, Thank You very much. I have been playing for years now, and I know exactly by their attitude when a sportsbook is trying to stiff money. And this is the case with Betowi. I hope you will make them pay. Thanx again

Yes I have filed a complaint on SBR. Also spoke today on SBR live chat and they promised to talk to Betowi quickly. Today also I didn't recieve any money. On Betowi live chat all departaments are offline expect "Deposit live chat". Bad for me, but it seems they are going to stiff people money... They business is dying...

These people have no intentions of paying. Payouts are promised sameday. When I did a MP payout request Monday I was told I would receive it by 5pm, which turned into 7pm. Which turned into no payout Monday. I cancelled and tried it again for Tuesday and just would call after 7pm. Once again no payout. They never took the money out from my account. I just went and blew the balance, after all its monopoly money when you will never see it and requested they close my account and told them what frauds I believe they are. I called them last night at 9:30pm and before I told them who I was I asked about withdrawals. They said they guarantee sameday MP withdrawals. I then said ok, here's my account number, can I have my MP number. They paused and after a small delay told me they didnt have it and would have it today....

They are BS and I will only stick to the big books with small bonuses from now on... Lesson learned.

I opened up at this place last year when they were still advertising across the street. I never got around to depositing and now I'm glad I never did. I never had a very good feeling about this place so I kept putting off trying them out. Sorry some of you are having problems. Hope you get paid eventually.

Betowi is driving me crazy: they have deducted the money from my account 3 days ago but still they have not provided me with the p2p information. Each time I contact them they say "you'll have the information in an hour". Days have gone and still nothing. This payout is keeping on for 3 weeks now. SBR promised but they have not spoke with them. Definitely is lost money (I have a total of 2200 usd there). Hope no one more will deposit with this guys

It's funny how your so concerned here for this issue but your not so concerned for all those players that got stiffed from 18thhole,which still haven't been paid. To think I even considered playing there at a time and the deciding vote that switched me to think they were worth it was u. People at a time thought u were good but know who u r now.

Are those same players concerned when I eventually got stiffed by 18th? Fact of the matter is, many stated they received payouts on forums including myself. Considering their lines, bonuses, & documented payouts at the time, the risk was well worth the reward. I still profited 10x the stiff amount by utilizing them. For those who joined late, or chose not to profit from all the arbs/bonuses & lost money is unfortunate. The difference between me & others, pros comprehend the concept of risk/reward & don't cry about setbacks.
