Anyone use this? I can't find the terms/conditions or rollover requirements. I haven't used DSI in a long time and I'm want to find out the stipulations before I give them my money.

I would not recommened this book at all. I made a small $200 deposit via ****. Played for a day and lost a little. Then my account was frozen and was told I had to send in a CC verification form and ID. Did that and then they told me my money has already been refunded to me so the forms were worthless. Called twice and got two complete different stories on how the issue could be solved. One said I lost $10 and deposit with ** could reactivate the account. The next said I owed $200 to them lol. Waste of time. Stay away.
