TitanBet refusing to payout - Requiring notarized docs to PHILIPPINES!

Hi guys, i'm gambling since years and the fact i'm telling you is totally new and absurd to me.

I required my first withdraw from Titan Bet, about 450 €, and they blocked it requiring ID verification, so i sent driving license and bank statement as proof of address. This last one resulted to be older than 3 months so they asked again, i was going to sent them, then i received another mail, i'll post its crazy content and you'll judge by yourself:

    Dear Alfio,
Thank you for choosing Titan Bet.

We are writing to you in accordance with your withdrawal.

In order to process your withdrawal we kindly ask you that you send us the Notarized document of your ID (passport) and your proof of address (it could be an utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months) to the following address.

Please, note that we do not accept scanned/photographed copies of such document as legit:

14/F Yuchengco Tower RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala Makati City 1200 Philippines

If you require additional information please contact us at any time.

Your cooperation and patience are greatly appreciated.

If you require additional information please contact us at any time.

    Yours Sincerely,
    Andrea

    Customer Service Team

    Titan Bet

Now, seriously? Notarizing a document in my country and ship it with a carrier to PHILIPPINES is both unsafe and expensive, it would take more than half my withdrawal amount. I wrote them like 5 times, and they are keeping this horrible stalling technique on, and i frankly don't know what to do. Apparently, googling, someone else went through this mess with some Playtech casino, probably same owner (since the address required is the same)

    Any suggestion is warmly welcome.

The situation has no improvements, actually they CLOSED my account. So they locked my account, and they say they want to keep my money, shit this is crazy, and i think it's very far from being legal!

For the moment, no help from SBR claim, i guess it takes time, but right now i'm incredibly pissed off against these scammers. Any other suggestion or opinion is always appreciated.

JMO, but you guys who send bank statements, drivers licenses, etc to these offshore books are nuts. If you have any sort of decent credit or have any sort of financial wealth you are just asking for trouble at some point down the road, it may be years but it will happen. Why not just use #g or #u and not take the risk of identity theft.

Disgraceful treatment from a joke of a book. There has to be a way to stop these books taking the piss like this. Their happy to take your action until you want a withdrawal and then they ask for a sperm sample and the deeds to your house.

Nothing yet, every mail now is an automatic answer, they say they can't process a withdrawal if i don't provide the required information. At this point anyways is not a withdrawal anymore, since they closed my account is a refund, and they're denying also that one, this xxxholes are really trying to steal 450 €? I just can't believe it, and i can't believe there's nothing i can do

Hi. I wait for an answer about 3 weeks now. Sbr told me that titan said that the docs still have not arrived on the philippines so far.. It could last up to 4 weeks. I just can wait and hope to get my 1000 euro .. Really crazy.. I did send them all docs they need and also notarized them
    . This must be enough.
I also hope to get help fron sbr if titan does not answer after one month..

The player who created this thread allegedly filed a complaint for someone else's TitanBet account.

TitanBet management will not release the winnings unless the requested documents are supplied.

In another case, Titan has yet to receive the documents. Titan is requiring the physical documents rather than scans to curb an issue with allegedly fraudulent or forged documents.

Do they realize that this is pointless? The main problem is the price of this crazy procedure of course, the second problem is the high risk of losing the parcel, and the third is identity stealing as reported before from capitalist pig.

Plus, i could only send copies, of course i couldn't send any original document of identity, so what's the difference between receiving a scan on line, and a scan printed? It's ridiculous. They asked me to take a picture of me holding the id, and that should be enough to prove that it's not scam.

They shouldn't be allowed to demand people send their actual docs to the Philippines and SBR should not accept this as an answer. I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my entire life.

As i answered to you via mail, of course this is what Titan Bet claims, and it's clearly false. I created the case for my account obviously >_>

My account is TTR15xxx7502, named to mr. Bonaccorsi, which is me. I thought SBR was on our side, instead of titan's... What more proof do you need that i'm the owner and holder of the account? -.-

Sbr didn't answer back even if i sent them all my docs to prove that it's me the customer interested (why should be someone else? makes no sense)

So my hopes are gone, i hope this thread will help other people, do not deposit on titan bet.

    Hi..

I also had the problems with titanbet. I sended notarized docs to the philippines and after three weeks i got the answer that my docs have been checked and they are OK. I made a withdrawl about 1000 Euro and last friday i recieved the money.
Fact is that it Costs me extra money (40 €) and a lot of nerves for many weeks but if you do not have a fake account you will get the money..
@Spreadin send the notarized docs and you will geht the money..
Of course i will never play here again.

Titanbet should be struck off PURE AND SIMPLE

    Hi mate,

I posted a thread about a month ago warning punters of this company, they are a disgrace to the betting industry and have put me off for life in opening accounts away from my own country which is the UK. I was only with them for a week and the deceit and lies which they come out with was staggering. I won £50 on a free bet and as soon as i won i got an immediate e-mail requesting ID which is for no other reason other than to withold, delay and defraud the punter i actually lost around £100 prior to this win so in fact i wasn't even up with them and i still had incredible problems in getting paid can you believe it ? i eventually put a complaint through these guys and i eventually received payment after about 12-13 days compared to bookies in this country who normally take 48-72 hrs max, I have actually sent a few e-mails to the Antigua gaming Commission highlighting this company and i have requested that they look into this companies disgusting practices and i am awaiting to hear from them although they did eventually respond to my initial e-mail i sent them after about a month so i am not holding my breath. The ID issue is nothing more than a scam and they even sent me an e-mail advising me that my birth certificate was invalid ? how can this be ? also the Utility bills i sent which were perfect all got refused and they even asked me to send a picture of me holding my own passport ? have you ever heard bullshit like it ? it is time that they got their license taken away i have done various investigations on this company and the ID scam seems to have been going on for years and they are not the only company doing it either i have seen many overseas companies doing it requesting ID and not paying. GOOD LUCK WITH IT but my advice is stick to the big guns in future Betfair etc

    Titanbet warning

    Hi all,

same problem with notarized ID and utility bill.
I am from Switzerland and registered with Titanbet last week

Just to say right up front: KYC is usual and I have never had any problems with it!

    I send them:
    -Passport
-Passport holding my ID next to my face
    -Bank statement
    - Utility bill
    -SKrill account screenshot

    ALL verified by them!!!!

But they are still requesting notarized DOCS that have to be send to the Philipines(!!!)s. This unacceptable.

It is just to buy them time and it cost me additional 70 Euros. And for what?

That I send my Passport notarized to a third world country, where they can do whatever they want with it? After the MH 370 crash we all what COULD happen with our European passport in such countries.

And I find it very doubtful by SBR that they protect/tolerate such ID policy. To wait for your money more than 4 weeks and that costumers have to invest another 70 Euros, even if the bookie states that the sent docs were fine?! That is near to fraud, but at least against public policy behaviour.

Sorry, but this is no costumer protection anymore...

P.S.: 2.5k Euros sitting there...(Bets only on NHL or NBA, no exotic markets or arbs...)
