They owe me about 1K Euros. I've posted payout request on February 10. It still has not been processed and is listed as "pending". On February 21, I've got the following reply from marathonbet customer service

We apologize for the delay on processing your withdrawal order. It was waiting
on the queue to be checked by our payment team. Please be aware that the time
frame of 3-10 working days is for the time between your order is processed and
the time you receive the money.

I have contacted our payment team for you, they will process your order
shortly, hopefully you will receive the money very soon.

Nothing has changed since then. I have successfully withdrawn with them before (lesser amount), so there is no verification issues. There is no dispute as well, they simply don't pay.

I will update on how it goes, so far I would advise to stay away from marathonbet

Finally got my money. Not sure what has helped: this thread, SBR complaint, or complaint at Bookmakers Review, but the money is in my bank account, so all is good now.
