    Mobibet complaints update

    A Mobibet manager has commented on yesterday's SBR report on the nine complaints received thus far. (More have been submitted overnight)

    Mobibet manager: "We are planning on being around for a long time and if we have made a mistake we’ll do the right thing and I hope that by speaking with you we will be able to highlight areas that may be relevant and act accordingly as would any other decent business, whilst also pointing out that we can’t please everyone all the time."

    A call has been scheduled. SBR will update.

    After back and forth, Mobibet has agreed to call tomorrow at 10AM and is reviewing the list of complaints submitted by players. If someone hasn't already done so, submit a sportsbook complaint.

    SBR spoke with Mobibet. Three of the players who filed complaints have since been paid. The remaining 18 players we will receive an update on. SBR advised Mobibet on how to better manage undesirable players - that is, pay their winnings and close their accounts. Mobibet is considering cutting off bonuses for certain regions. Mobibet has claimed that in few extreme cases there are concerns of fraud.

    SBR will continue to provide updates until all complaints are resolved.

    hello, i have same problem with oddsmatrix group and their site - artemisbet....they paid me only 11000 EURO - my deposits over time , but i had there more than 23 000 euro, can you help me ? i filled your complaint formular. I hope you can solve it.
