I won 1040 usd at bet365 at virtual sports. I try to withdraw but they dont accept this and ask for documents. I
send identity card , born certificate , i complete with the pvc code from the letter they send to me, i do everything but they asked from a passport or driving licence that i dont have. I try to transfer the money through ipoker network to a friend but both account has closed. The problem is that my friend contact ibas and he received his money back and also received a letter where is said very clear that also the other player(me) get his money back, but i dont receive this money from bet365.I contact them many times and they said that they are waitting the money from ipoker and after this they will give me back my money but i know is not true and they already got the money from ipoker as is writted in letter from Ibas. I dont know what to do ?!
