    Funds confiscated - betway

    Hi all,

I'm new here and I'd like to have some feedback from yourselves regarding betway's site.
On January, I placed some bets which were voided by betway for no logical reason - they stated I placed the bets on a non-live event, but the fact is that I placed them hours before the start of the event.
After they removed my earnings from those bets (around 2600GBP), I was left with what I had previously, which was around 640GBP.
After this, and with no help from their customer support (the only thing they said in a nice way was 'funds will not be paid') I tried to withdraw 600GBP. 5 days later, I still had no sign of the money, so I went back to them and they said the funds were confiscated, as I broke rule no.4 (I had no idea what that was, but after I found out, I was just perplexed because it was so unfair). So, not only did they voided my bets, they also took me all the money I had from previous bets? Am I the only one with a bad experience with betway?

Edit: forgot to say that I did contact SBR, but I haven't got an answer since January 23rd.
