Bet365 holding up my 48,000 euros + 40,000 euros more! Urgent help needed!!!

    Hello,

when I attempted to login to my Bet365 account yesterday, for the first time in many years I got a message 'We don't recognize your login details". Ok, so I thought something was wrong on the technical end and I went to their live chat as a guest and their customer service representative checked it and said that MY ACCOUNT WAS UNDER A TRADING REVIEW AND WAS SUSPENDED. That was yesterday. I did win quite a lot as you can see but how can they lock me out of my own account?!?! All the guy could tell me the account is suspended and it is under review. The fact I have also lost thousands of euros and been a faithful customer for years doesn't help in this case! And the funniest thing is I didn't even get any notification about this decision of theirs so I had to figure it out myself!! What an unprofessional attitude and service!! They said I would be contacted when they have something to tell me about it.

I have just over 48,000 euros on the account. Now, guys, this is not pennys, and I need all the help that I can get. I need you to help me and tell me what are my rights here? What are ALL THE THINGS that I can do because I will do whatever is necessary to get my money in full and even at the price of not having to deal with them ever again.

Looking forward to your answers, thank you all in advance!!

Where did I write that? I couldn't log in just yesterday man (and still cannot of course due to a TRADING REVIEW). I said I am a long-term customer, bet there for years... sorry if anyone misunderstood, added a coma sign now where it's needed.

Please, I ask only those who can help me to write something so we don't spam the topic.

If I had that much money in an offshore account, I would log in every 15 minutes to make sure it is still there.

Right here before you edited and added the comma between yesterday and for. I read it the same way and was like WTF? He didn't log in for years with that much money?

Yes, yes, edited as you guys can see now, never knew one coma sign could make such a difference. I do log in every 15 minutes actually. At least I did until yesterday. And I am a Euro customer, to me they are not much of an offshore bookie. They're like Malta based or so, but British.

    Please guys help.

I guess give them a day or two to finish whatever review they are conducting. Once you receive unfavorable results I guess your first step would be fill out sportsbookreview complaint. Alot will depend on why they are reviewing and what they find. If your doing anything remotely borderline then get ready for a mess.

Nothing, I am betting in play high volumes each day, just regular bets. ALL POSSIBLE SPORTS. I don't do arbing or any such crap. But I am not an amateur obviously and can win here and there. But, I also lost thousands. I already filled out a complaint.

Nesa dont worry everything is going to be fine. Ask them if they need any documents to resend etc. Maybe big amount at your account is alarm for them to check your acc again. I had big money there and never had a problem. I didnt have 48k but did in range of 10 and nothing happened.
B patient and everything is going to be fine...

Ok, but how can they disable me from logging in, and disable me from seeing my transactions, and finances? And they also cancelled one of my 10,000eur withdrawal requests and put it back on that account, that was just before they suspended my account. And all this without getting any notifications. Like I've said, I had to find out myself by logging in to their live chat as guest. And all this having spent (and lost) thousands of euros over previous years being their faithful customer, filling up their budget with my money and what not.

I clearly understand your fillings. I was in similar situation with other bookmaker with much lower amount. Also I had big amount in bet365, and later I limited. They will check account and maybe you will be limited or close your account(that is not expected) and also 99% you will get your money.

Also let me say this too, and it can be added to this entire situation and maybe give us some answers, that once after winning like 50k on soccer I was limited to 5-35euros per bet on soccer, but I had no limit on all other sports so I continued to pound them of course. Now this happened.

They seem to do this as normal practice. Just disable access when reviewing the account and tell people nothing.

As others said. Don't worry. Annoying but just wait it out and keep asking the status regularly.

It doesn't look like that based on this example. Nobody can be called 'one of the best' if they disable you from logging in to your account where you've bet (lost and won) hundreds of thousands over the years without even a notification by mail. In any case, this is outrageous in my personal opinion. I am very frustrated and stressed because of this. Well, imagine yourself in my shoes...

Anyway, have filed a complaint, really hope fellow bettors from SBR team will help me resolve this.

I know its tough as thats a good chunk of change but you need to take a deep breath and walk away for a day. My guess would be is they disable the account for review in the event they find something they dont want to give you time to study and come up with reasonings as to why. Or they dont have the ability to allow you access to the account without wagering.

ANyway, your just gonna have to wait a day or two hopefully. Right now its just in review and nothing will get done before its completed.
    Good luck

Fresh news guys !!!! They also asked SKRILL to cancel 4 OF MY 40,000 EURO WITHDRAWALS (10000eur increments) AND RETURN THEM!!! Withdrawals that have been processed for days and sat on my Skrill account. I am also by the way a VIP member at Skrill. Skrill (Moneybookers), asked me if I agree that they cancel withdrawals since 'Bet365 made withdrawals in an error" (Yes, right, they can make error of 40,000e, 4 times!! what a joke!), and I said of course I've requested withdrawals regularly as I normally do and I don't give consent to Skrill for them to do it.

And guess what happened today when I login to my Skrill!!!!! 40,000 euros less on my balance!!! Cancelled and sent back to BET365. Now a total of 88,000 eur they stole, this is TOO SICK GUYS. TOO SICK AND I ALMOST WANT TO THROW UP NOW. I DON'T KNOW WHAT MORE TO SAY OR DO. NEED ANY HELP.

p.s. when I go to Bet365 guest chat (since like I've said they don't allow me to login to my own account) no matter what I say or write, their answer is "I have no information to give you. I have no information to give you." WTF is this!!!

Call them, I've had them change wagers on me when they make mistakes and you can always talk to a manager there about the situation. Chat is not going to get you anywhere. You have to call.

Please do you have any numbers to call? I cannot login as you know. I bet on Pinnacle of course for the guy above and no issues there.

I try calling Skrill they are out of their office hours. But they have time to cancel and steal my money for their big client B365 !!! This is a HORROR.

This case is gonna go INTERNATIONAL, even if is not millions for me it is not insignificant sum at all!

Appear they suspect you to did some scam. Everything i can understand, but how they can take back money from skrill????
Because you are VIP at skrill ask for your personal account menager. Call bet365 too and ask for someone who is high in chain of command.
I feel sick to my stomach for u now, hope you finish this shit till tomorrow.
SBR come out and help the guy if he is legit.

365 think you have defrauded them, and must have had some case to get skrill to join in.

If you have genuinely done nothing wrong, then you'll get your money. Email a complaint to B365, then contact IBAS and the gambling commission if that complaint is unresolved.

If you have done something wrong, then own up here and people might be able to help you. Multi 365 accounts, muliti skrill accounts etc. Best to be honest, cause you'll get found out in the end....

I have made many many bets every day, for years, only in play. Let me repeat that to all again, and I always bet high volumes.

I have just contacted their live support by PHONE. Same thing as the chat, NO INFORMATION WE CAN GIVE AT ALL, I ask how come they have asked Skrill to take money out and send them back he also kept quiet. So, he cannot give any time frame when I will get the answer, about money he didn't even mention anything.

This is just getting worse and worse with Skrill being involved and illegally taking my money out and me being a diamond vip member there means crap obviously. Skrill office hours are over already. So, what is the next step I do not know, I've told them I can hold on a little more but who knows when is this gonna be over or when would I get an answer. To hold 48000eur, to steal back from your Skrill account 40,000e based on 'an error', this... well some really bad words exist for such people.

None of that! They limited me one day after winning 60k on a soccer match, that is all! But I win big every day (and lose). How do I contact IBAS, cause emailing and chitchatting with them over phone doesn't work, but this is something I never could even believe. Ok, to limit me if they think I am beating them but to lock up my money and even take more of what they have already paid me!! What is this!
