    Why would a PPH agent bail someone out? Do you perceive this as a scam or actually someone trying to win business?

    I could see a sportsbook doing this however a PPH less so. Am I looking at this incorrectly?

    depends on the pph....I would prob just forget the bailout and chalk it up as a loss..bobby and leo already spent the money....move on and play at more respected books.
