Exactly how I feel about it. If the time was off on the ticket then cancel it, or even better don't even let it go through! Show some consistency on the book is all I'm asking. I have hesitated on the trigger before football games all the time and tried to lock something in all of a sudden right before the kicker starts to run towards the ball to kickoff, to no avail. Why is this any different? Why not cancel the wager completely? All this he/she, the other guy, that's what they all say, etc bs is irrelevant to me. I can only speak for me, not everyone else. My motives were clean and I need my damn money back!

Why does Tony say you're a $10 bettor if that's not true? I know you said you've made large bets before but it seems unlikely he would make that up (since he doesn't have to justify himself to begin with, he is God after all)

    Basically it sounds like:

-You made an atypically large wager (maybe not your only wager this large ever, but still rare for you, and possibly the only time you've wagered this much on a big underdog, something that is quite rare for people who aren't throwing around money a lot)
-The odds were as much as +424 for the exact result you bet on, which you didn't mention... again, that's a decent sized underdog
-You made the bet not only after the event started but after the result was already known online (a result that, let's face it, would be incredibly easy to find)

If these 3 things are true as Tony suggests it doesn't look great for you. Also to begin with in this thread you weren't totally forthcoming with some of the above details which doesn't do you any favors

It's possible you genuinely decided to make a correct substantial wager on a +400 bet that just happened to have a known result, and you honestly didn't know the result. It's possible. 9 times out of 10 though the person in this case is knowingly past posting. Maybe 98 times out of 100

And here's the thing: the terms you agree to when depositing say 5dimes reserves the right to ban you and take funds if you past post or otherwise abuse faulty lines. I personally think they should cancel the bet and only ban repeat offenders, but they have the right to take the money and you don't really have any recourse. Expensive mistake, but now you know

bobby I could buy and sell you and your chewbaca wife a million times over....getting back to the topic...why did the line change 3 times? tony was definitely freerolling here looking to confiscate funds...I guarantee the losing bets were graded as losers

Man I swear I'm getting hit from every angle. $100 is my typical bet. If I need to, I will post a picture of every bet I ever bet that I took a snapshot of on my devices. I don't need to lie. If you read the transcript clearly, you would notice Tony was talking out his ass and hadn't even looked over the account except for that one wager and maybe a week back, a week back being my focused attempt to try to turn $150 into $10,000. It is a lot of pics because most times I make a wager it is on my ipad or iphone. I am thankful I was born with some sense. I had taken these pictures in the past for this precise type of situation after having read the multiple posts of people this happened to before me. Just so you know, using your logic: I can go on PIPL and find out everything I need to know about you. It is all readily available online. Just because the whole world is stored on the internet nowadays doesn't mean that your present time restraints will allow it. If you had even a fraction of the same skepticism you hold with me against Tony, this wouldn't be a conversation. You are making up facts on the 98of100 times thing just like Tony was doing during the chat. Pulling #'s out of your ass doesn't count as facts. Facts are what I have put up. Everything else is open to interpretation. I know I didn't consciously do anything wrong. If there is ever an error, you as a business correct the error. That is how honest business works.

^^ yea yea yea! Tony don't follow his own damn rules for his sit. Guy is a prick and will rot in hell! Sbr needs to down grade his scam site. This stuff makes me furious. Good luck to u guy u will need it cuz there's not much help when it comes to 5dimes! Sbr will take another hit for tony by not regulating. Sbr already lost so much credibility after the incident a year ago!!

5Dimes will pay SBR to close this thread. 5Dimes customer service and fat tony are bad. I have no idea why would you give them money. They don't give a f about you. Seriously it wouldn't surprise me if tony all of a sudden closes the site and keeps everyone's money. He's that kind of an asshole who's capable of doing it.

You should keep your username to yourself. Last week I went to their chat because I had forgotten my password. After connecting to their live chat I just said like hi can you give me a link to your password recovery... Instead of giving me the link he/she gave me my password. That's shady as hell because I could have been anybody. BEWARE

Thank you for the words of wisdom. At this point I don't even care about the account at 5D or betting at 5d. If they steal my account and passwords and charge up my accounts, I'll let the cc's deal with them. Thanks though for your kind words. I hope SBR doesn't close this thread. That would be horrible. This thread is the TRUTH all laid out with everything in the open. I even put out my account # and all. I know SBR is better than that though.

Yeah but there is no way to prove that he knew the event started. I've never encountered a book's posted event that was not Upcoming or A Live Bet. Books fault.

I find it very interesting that with all your self proclaimed wealth, you can't even afford $100 for pro status. Not to mention your average balance on this site is 0. The way you conduct yourself on this site, speaks volumes about you in every day life.

Just because you have money doesn't mean you should purchase SBR pro status. You purchase it if you feel like it. Only been here for a year but I have seen the site crash hard and I've read about their problems with some bookmakers. At this point, I would not pay for the SBR pro because I don't feel like they deserve the money. They don't care about their posters. They didn't even bother posting odds for Australian Open tennis at any point except the futures. I know tennis is not a big sport, but they used to.

without hearing any other facts from SBR or 5dimes - i would say you hear this shit all the time, excuses for taking a shot at a book. but, for some reason i believe him. can't wait to hear what ends up happening. hope it goes better for him than the usual.

Thank you. Any optimism is helpful right now. I honestly feel like crap that this happened to me. I have good credit and the last thing I want to do is get my cc's involved via a huge dispute. Not that it would go bad for me, just that it is a hassle to go through and I feel like that is the dumb way to resolve what should be a simple dispute.

Fortunately I don't have to work anymore, retired at 43. Where's the evidence that I'm the owner of 18h hole? Book owners aren't allowed to post here at SBR, so you're obviously full of crap.

In his defense (even though I think he's a prick), I'm the same way. I make plenty of money but don't feel the need to throw any of it away on Pro status. As for points, my wife routinely plays them on the casino. which she enjoys doing, so my balance is also usually zero. Not sure what your balance at a fake book ,with fake points, has anything to do with the money you make.

So give your evidence to SBR, let them decide. If they prove I'm the owner I will gladly forfeit my 15k pts & demand to be banned. However, when I'm found not to be the owner you will be banned for slander. Deal chump?

Alright so I found a way to turn the word doc into a pdf. Converted it on an app. Also I think I may have been able to resize the picture of the wager screen and turn it into a jpeg instead of a png file. Hopefully that makes it bigger. Here are the files:

    1) Pdf of Tony Chat #2(aka the word doc I ended up having to copy and paste because it wouldn't post here): Never mind. It says the pdf is too big at 2.2mb

    2) jPeg of wagers:

Yea sorry about that. It wouldn't allow me to add the word converted to pdf file through the attachment icon because it is 2.2mb. I thought I was clever by drag and dropping..lol. Atleast the jpeg came out better than the png file.

Finally converted the word doc into a simple PDF. Had to get on PC to zip the file..

Alright so this is the 2nd chat in pdf form to keep everything uniform. The first chat is in pdf form on page 2 of this thread. I had this 2nd chat in word format. It didn't post so I had copy and pasted it on page 2 of this thread. Now it is in pdf and more uniform:
