    5dimes, you wont get all the bonuses but you will get paid and paid fast if you win. Look at it this way if you go to vegas and laid down 500 bucks on a bet you dont get a "bonus". Lucky if you get a free drink ticket.

    Dont worry about the little bonuses, just make sure its a book that actually pays when u win. Its a dangerous time of year unless its a top tier book.

    And no bonus is better than reduced juice. Plus ur $ isn't held hostage
