    BEtonline rollover dispute

    does SBR still handle disputes for players?

    BOL claims I havent met my rollover for a bonus accepted in 2010 when I requested a payout last
    week.
    the facts:
    opened acct and accepted bonus in 2010
    acct has been active every football season and occasionally wager on other sports.
    last 90 days I have wagered over 600 at BOL
    BOL claims 982 is total wagered since 2010.

    I asked for history dating past 90 days and they just ramble off on a tangent about our records dont go back to 2010.
    to which I asked how my rollover is calculated if their records dont go back that far

    in other news payouts requested last week from Heritage and DSI were processed and delivered without any problems or shady tactics.

    management looking into it - should mean rollover complete, we just forgot to add your wagers in from 2010 and 2011 and maybe 2012 too.

    P2P is the way to go and don't accept any roll overs.

    exactly, but management had been looking into it since last week until I was finally told
    I was wrong and they were right...

    until SBR got involved, then my acct was cleared in a few hrs
