    Yes you do,at least i did. I just checked,i still have mail stored.
    Matter of fact they did verify me same day,and im from Eastern Europe.
    So if u arent scammer they dont give u headache.

    they verify you but ask for additional documents every few withdrawals (at least that was the case with me)

    I bet the withdrawal verification is more for those high risk countries or where they suspect fraud.
