I have heard rumors (and that's all they are is rumors) that 5dimes will be leaving the US market copied



Now this might just be a lie or a rumor spread, but I am a little worried. I am a huge fan of 5 dimes and their service. I would hate to lose my money I have there.

Leaving the US and losing the money you have there are two very different things.
I would be surprised they plan to stiff americans and then continue servicing other countries.

The rumour was not that they would be closing up shop - just getting out of the US market. pinnacle, Matchbook and The Greek all did that but all paid out their US customers.
Can't be compared to Bet Islands.

Well the cc option is the most popular among recreational players and the situation is getting worse for US bookies. Sure they can get rid off CC option but then how they are going to balance their llquidity?? Lets say that they get rid off CC deposits - suddenly they would lost most of the losers so why would they keep offering access to US players??
I remember merge poker network losing like 60% of their market share when they hadn't had the CC option for deposits for like 6 months or so??

So while I doubt that they plan to leave US market soon the reason-being tired of getting stiffed on CC deposits seems like a really reasonable reason for me. Why would you stay if the other deposit options are used mostly by professional/semi-professional bettors/poker players?? I am almost 100% positive that without being able to get CC deposits the US market would get unprofitable for any non-scummy betting site.
