BTCsportsbet.eu not paying me appox 8 btc. Complaint filed

Recently, I filed a complaint with SBR re: this bitcoin book. I havent heard back yet and would like to post my experience here in the meantime.

I am posting to warn others that BTCsportsbet.eu is refusing to pay me 8 btc and here was their ‘explanation’

    Hello,

After review by a manager, your account is being closed due to irregular betting patterns, with the recent wagers cancelled. Your remaining funds will be returned once account ownership has been proven.

Please see General Rules 17, 18, and 19.

Your historical IP addresses have been logged; should you create another account all funds will be forfeited.

Per rule 19, you will need to prove account ownership as this is not the registered email address on the account. We will then send the remaining balance to a bitcoin address of your choosing.

    Thanks,
    BTCSportsBet.eu

After repeated emails they still refuse to cite exactly what I did. Every wager was placed well before the games started at odds which were in-line with the market. It should be noted they have paid me without any problems in the past but suddenly decided I was in violation of these rules – which btw, say nothing except that btcsportsbet.eu can do whatever they want – once I started winning.

I am happy to post the entire string of emails but they all amount to the same thing: me asking why they are stealing my coins and them just repeating what I posted above.

Before running off to the forums I tried to settle this matter with them but they refuse to open up a dialogue. By bringing this to light here I hope they will re-consider their position, or at the very least provide an explanation. If all else fails, hopefully this will prevent new users from signing up with a sportsbook that refuses to honor their wagers.

Interesting, would like to hear what the book's actual reasoning is here.

Is this an issue of using different email addresses to contact them or is it a problem that you may have used your regular IP address for some bets while using a friends IP address or a free wifi IP address for other bets?

i would like to hear their explanation as this makes me concerned about using this sportsbook in the future as a possible out. It's interesting that they use bitcoins as their currency but, I wouldn't want to deposit with them unless a reasonable explanation is provided or they return your funds.

I thought everything was anonymous anyway. The book I played at didn't ask for an email address, I could provide one for password retrieval but that was optional. IP addresses shouldn't matter either. I really can't think of a reason not to pay except for funds are low problems.

I used one IP to make every single bet there. They have not provided any explanation whatsoever as to why they confiscated my funds. I implored them to tell me what constituted an 'irregular betting pattern' but they couldnt provide one.

I'm still waiting for SBR to get back to me and/or contact them.

I have used them and gotten paid no problem multiple times. This worries me however!
