    Can sbr get a marathonbet rep to tell us whats going on?

    people have been locked out of their accounts for almost a week now

    many people reporting their balances wiped out, guy on this forum had a 4 figure balance taken down to 0

    marathonbet not responding to emails or livechat

    they say its a technical issue but its been too long

    also they are saying that for us to get our money back we need to prove what our balance was

    what is weird is, transaction history is still all there, they can just check that and see were our balance should be, but no, they say they want 'proof'

    what proof do they want? ok you can prove your deposit by sending them bank statement, but after that, unless you've taken a screenshot out of every bet you are screwed (again, transaction/bet history is still there on the site). and ive send proof of deposit 3 days ago and they havent even responded

    marathonbet, biggest book ever to run away with peoples money?

    Answering my livechats as normal and working smoothly. Even they started to accept ecopayz yesterday so they will be the main bookie that turkish players play at, very soon. If you want to ask sth i can do for you if they aren't returning your chats(which i cant make sense). They are a really well organised bookie around all over Europe and even got shops at England just like ladbrokes or willhill.

    they finally answered but its the same thing, sent evidence of my deposit 3 times to 3 different departments. but answer is the same thing, you have to sent in proof, every time they give you a different email to sent the proof at, they are giving us the runaround, and there are many more like me

    also, their proof should be the account transaction/betting history, it shows all deposit and bets, so the excuse 'we need proof' is bullshit

    what about he person that deposited 500, built up his balance to 5000. even if they end up giving the deposit back, they just stole 4.500 euros, they essentially freerolled players

    but they dont seem to be giving the deposits back either, sent them proof of my deposit 3 times and still havent gotten my money back


    ps. gambling is illegal in turkey, doubt they will accept players from there

    they do accept for a long time because it's not that legal nor illegal. They activated ecopayz yesterday mainly for us because after neteller and Web$ denies turks to send money to bookies ecopayz is our last dock before **. As many things are kind of like that such as torrenting. I dont know why they are bullsh*ting with you since many Turkish players have no problems as well as i never heard of any such stuff at european forums. Where are your from btw? Maybe sbr can contact them since they used to be a sponsor at here as i remember.

    that is what im hoping, either they are having horrific technical issues, or something else is going on, i mean, they say that due to technical issues they dont know what the account balances should be, which is pure lying, transaction/bet history is all there in accounts, it is clear what balances should be but many accounts have been zeroed out and they are giving us the runaround

    seems like all that people can hope for is to get their deposits back, but i dont see that happening, and even less likely for people to get the money they won. i think marathon freerolled some of their players

    ive played at various sportsbooks, all had technical issues but they usually dont last more than a few minutes or a couple of hours

    they've been having 'technical issues' for 5 days? i call bullshit

    not all accounts are affected but many have been, at least a couple of sbr posters with the same problem, according to them, it must be thousands of accounts, since the reason as they say its been taking so long (its been a fking week almost) is that many people have the same problem

    its been five days since they zeroed my account and they keep asking for evidence to give my deposit back, i keep sending it and they keep stalling and asking for the same evidence again

    i just talked to live chat again and this is what i got

    "I am afraid there is no time frame when your documents will be checked"


    plenty of books out there, dont need to take this crap from them

    Idk guy i just did withdraw mid 3 figure to see what is going on. I got them in under 1 min. No problems with site either.

    Just to add up,they would never freeroll anyone. My advice for you if to make screen shots and store them,so you can show them proof of our bets.

    I had same problem like OP,i am missing 1.5k € from my account and they are saying to me that my 0 balance is correct even idiot should see that i had that money before thay give me almost 13k and after it they took that money but also the rest of my balance.
    I ll try tomorrow again and see if they ll fix it,if not i am sending complaint to SBR and to all their regulators.

    guys its been 6 days, its been nearly a week that they made out like bandits with peoples funds

    dont need anyone comeing in here and telling us what a good book they are

    they are shit, and even if they give our money back they have definately lost a client here

    Contact them today and guy at live chat notice something is wrong but he send my case to some department and say to me to wait little more till they resolve it.
    Most frustrating for me that everybody can see that they made mistake and they can fix it in minutes but i need wait more and additional department need to check it for no reason.

    and i wasnt involved in match fixing


    they are just 'having technical difficulties' for a whole week now and they've locked people out of their accounts, you cant bet or withdraw your money

    even more than that, they are saying due to the technical difficulties, people have to prove what their account balance is. bullshit book, not depositing their again
