    Anyone use a offshore site with a local payout?

    Just wanted to see if anyone else uses this method. Also, I was really trying to figure out if you can make the line move across the board with your action on the site?

    Yes, I've used them for years. Works great. Never really tried moving lines to my favor, not big enough of a player.
