    Betmania FU

After totally Fking me over on my limits and going back on their word these A-holes are having someone else trying to call me to get me to deposit. I do not care if they do pay they flat out lied to me and i will never put a dime into their site or their sister site Skybook again. A few good places that pay with higher limits that do not lie to me so i will put my cash there. Called up and told the girl to stop calling me.

I understand they pay. This has nothing to do with pleasing everyone. This has to do with them LYING to get my deposit. There are a bunch of other books that always want me to deposit but they have lower limits so i do not play there. Betmania asked me what it would take for me to play there. I told them higher limits. I always told them higher limits. They told me i had them and now i can deposit. I even asked before i deposited that if i won a few games they would not lower my limits they said they would not. After one bet they did. They Lied.
True- in life you cannot please everyone. I know this more then you can imagine. I am a Medicare Specialist. I deal with Medicare Insurance. I do a lot of things to help people where i do not even get paid and have to deal with people still complaining. That would fit into the But in life you cannot Please Everyone category.
But- if i go and have a Client ask me " Hey , If i join that Insurance through you will my premiums ever go up and i tell them No you never have to worry about that it never will. Then i would have Flat out LIED to get the sale knowing damn well that EVERY premium on every Medicare Supplement Product ALWAYS goes up . It is the same thing that happened here . They Lied because they were only interested in getting my deposit.
I keep seeing people saying what you said. I know they pay. But the reason it is not a good fit is 100% their fault not mine. They knew what i wanted and lied to me to get me to deposit .

You know what really bothers me the other guy (Not the guy that lied to me-they will not even put him on the phone now) admits what he did was wrong but they still will not fix it.They could have at least did something and not bring the limits as low as they were. The fact that they did that shows me they knew exactly what hey were doing. Then they call me again trying to get me to deposit.

I am glad they have paid a lot of people. It is just that i like to take shots and where i do deposit i like to have higher limits. They have good bonuses and they pay which is great. But i can never trust them again after doing this. If they do this i can see them screwing someone out of a really big win by telling them they are not a recreational gambler or something like that. And yes they even hinted that at me when i was arguing with them on getting my promised higher limits.

They lowered me with lightning speed. You probably played something that was ahead of a decent move.

What did they limit you too?

When the Kenn guy told me i had higher limits he told me it was $10000 . I would never bet that high so i told him i just needed it at $5000. I would have been good with $3000 . After my first bet and win they limited me to $500 .

All I know I understand exactly what your saying that its total bs with this family of books taking down your limits after a deposit in the middle of a rollover. They pulled this crap to me but Skybook, I maxed deposited to a full bonus of $2000 they even added more cause of a mistake they did with adding too much so it was $2200. My limits were raised to $1000 thats the whole reason I even deposited that much or I would have deposited less maybe some in each of there books had I know they would pull that crap on me. All I know is to lower it to $500 then to $250 when i still have over 20k of rollover to do is just total bs, this forced me to have to bet on every game on the board for no reason just to get this done. Not sure why they should be allowed to do this, I have always had good things to say but this got under my skin. From now on the most I can tell anyone to deposit for a bonus here is the most $1000 into these books.

I will over look it because I have always enjoyed these books, I just wont ever make this mistake again and max deposit for a bonus here. No book should have a right to do that in the middle of a rollover especially when u maxed deposited for the bonus.

If a book significantly cuts limits in the middle of rollover, they should give you the option to pro-rate the bonus and offer to send you your money immediately via a method of your choice. They should also pick up the withdrawal fees in such a case.

It was not even in the middle of the rollover . They did this to me after one single bet .

Well this is what they did to me and what I heard they did to others. Maybe SBR should look into this as it caused me alot of headaches. I hate having to just bet every single game for no reason but that was the only option for me to do or have that money tied up for a long while.

LOL you got the good end of it, they pretty much screwed me with over 20k left in my rollover and only $250 max bets. But how can they determine after 1 bet they want to slash your limits down?

That sucks that they did that to you. I pretty much like you said started betting differently to meet the rollover and lost it. When they did this to me The guy (Ace) was trying to hint that if i wanted higher limits it makes me look like a non-recreational player. I told him when Kenn called me i told him up front that is what was needed for me to deposit. They even said he was being disciplined for doing it to me. Yea sure he is. He is still there i am sure and they all do it from what i am seeing.
They should be brought down on the ratings for doing this to people . Misleading them like this is a big issue. The fact that they admitted they were wrong but STILL did nothing to help me shows they intended on doing this the whole time.
I know people say they pay. But if they are this dishonest how long before they start doing other crap to people. One thing is the recreational better thing. I have a feeling if there was a big winner (Say $10000 or more) that would be an excuse to not pay them.

No i have read a few stories even from SBR people as well saying people rung up over 100k with these books and were paid out everything, some even went on a payment plan. My beef with them is they have no right to do that to someone when they know how much you deposited and how much rollover u have to do. See now lets say my freeplays won alot this time and i had extra rollover then i could have easily had an even higher rollover to complete, then what im more screwed?
All i know is this is bad practice and your right someone at SBR needs to have a look into this. I mean u want to slash my limits go ahead not 1/3 into it i go from $1000 to $500 then in 2 days to $250. Hell no!!!

It is worse that they did that to you. I had a rollover too because i took the bonus and made it harder for me to do because of it. I just am more upset that they Lied to me just to get me to deposit. I am shocked though to see they have payed higher amounts. I know a year or so ago Skybook used to have really high limits which is why i played there. When they dropped way down i stopped. I need a place with a decent bonus and higher limits. A book that will not play games or screw you when you win. Rebatewager ,Youwager, and maybe a couple others are good when they do the bonuses.

Yea especially Skybook. They stopped calling recently but i am sure they will try again. I should act interested just to waste their time for fking me over.
