    Bookmaker.eu sucks - I'm done with them

Earlier this year, the morons at BM.eu billed my CC twice for a deposit I made. I had to argue to high heaven to get them to credit my account when THEY made a mistake.

Now they processed a withdrawl twice by accident when I requested just 1 payout. I had $4,800 in my account and requested $2,500. So the morons processed 2 checks, 1 of which I don't have yet, and they locked and froze my account for the biggest Saturday of the college football season

BE WARNED! Bookmaker.eu is a bunch of morons. Repeated "mistakes" from them handling my money.

I can't say I know much about the ponies, but it doesn't surprise me to hear how bad they do considering how they've been running their sportsbook over this season.

jj.....I was with them a long time..back when CRIS took americans....when they created bookmaker initially they were an elite sportsbook. Informative/friendly/had their stuff together. This past yr and a half its almost like they don't want your business and that they have stopped trying. Bottom line there has been a big drop off in their product.

Most low-end customers (those who bet $100 or less average wagers) seem to complain about Bookmaker a lot. However, higher end customers (those that bet $500 or more average wager size) appreciate Bookmaker for what they offer. They don't impose limit collars and pay out very quickly and has the best live betting platform of any book that accepts U.S. customers. If you're one of those bettors who like to wager $50/game, go with books that cater to your smaller bet size.

I play 100-1,000 a game and wager 500-1500 weekly in horses...the amount a person bets has nothing to do with the experience or product. Pay out fast? you have to be kidding me...for the fees they charge they could do much better but again they don't care.

Bookmaker processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours without exception if you know which method to use. It cost $20 to withdraw up to $2,500 which is similar to what other books charge. Bookmaker is not designed for the low-end player recreational player but for the high-end players who don't want to see their limits collared. If you're not happy at Bookmaker, leave and go somewhere else.

Well said. For those betting $1000+, bookmaker is the way to go. Low end players should stick with 5dimes. Tony won't cut you off for $50 a bet.

They offer a free $2500 withdrawal via DC every single month, or $10-$20 per $2500 on your second of the month. Where is the issue? They do charge crazy fees for bank wires, but if $2500 per week is good enough, DC is very inexpensive compared to other books.

probably unmotivated staff haha. i guess that's the disadvantage of big bookies, they treat you just like any other nameless customer.
