EFBET - dispute be careful (FEES, awful support)

    Hello all,

I want to pay attention to one of the sportsbooks, with whom I have a dispute, they do a really sick business and be aware of them, cashout as fast as possible, and I hope that SBR will lower their ratings as well.

Here is a history of a dispute:

    1. I looked at their site, found that on sbrforum you gave rating from C- to C, which is a good sign.
    2. I looked at odds they are offering, and odds where very good.
    3. I registered an account and checked their limits, limits on systems, singles, multiples where great 500+ per bet, which was surprising.
    4. I made a deposit of 500 EUR and suddenly limits became 5 EUR per bet. (right after a deposit)
    5. I tried to make a withdraw since its impossible to bet and they take 15 EUR for a withdraw which is 3% from the amount I deposited.

Support cannot answer normally, I can even copy/paste a correspondence, where you can see, that they answer all in one sentence or even word.

My dispute is, how they as an operators, can reduce limits after the deposit and then take fees on withdrawal???

I see this is not a normal practice, if you dont want people to bet with you, you jsut give away the money player deposited and thats it.
They asked for a documentation, which was sent on my own risk, since I think the guys can use my documents somewhere.

Please be aware of this site!!!

P.S. I applied a complaint with SBR, LGA, so here is a post just to notify the players.

Instead of trying to be a clever dick, how about you give the rest of his email the proper once over.

Punters should stick together against these robbing crooks.

I guess it's always best to only deposit the very minimum to a book you have zero experience with...
