no ... sports 300 cash + 300 free play, 300 casino, 300 poker (released in increments only after you use your own money to play)
and remember that the casino bonus is "sticky". if you start with $300 and have $310 left after rollover, you only keep $10. so you have to be aggressive.

Poker is basically like rakeback. They release the "bonus" as you play. I don't really think it's worth it unless you'd be playing poker anyway.

Why did they ban you from the loyalty program?
This is basically on the same lines that Betmania did to me. Lied to get you to deposit then after they get your cash they change what they promised you. At Betmania they Promised me higher limits then after they got my cash they went back on their word. In your case they promised you a bonus then after they get your cash they screwed you .Did they ever tell you in the past your account was banned or was this the first you ever heard of this?
Dude who the hell wants 20x rollover. 80% will lose their money way before that. Just deposit and take ur 10% deposit w/ only 3x rollover. The 20Xs rollover is not really 20xs because it is on the deposit only i believe. So it makes it more like 10Xs

I deposited $100 and lost everything except the casino bonus which I was able to clear and kept $700
It sucks because they used to offer this bonus unlimited if you lose your deposit. Now they only offer it once.
