im using both, but neteller has way more options and better cs .
Moneybookers also charges a ayearly fee of 20 usd i think, at lest that was deducted from my balance a few weeks ago.

One thing, i hate about neteller is their security questions.
i think i have called them at keast 10 times, because my account was temporarily suspended after answering one wrong lol.

Have used both - although in the habit of using Skrill. Do like the concept of the CC linked to Neteller though.

Both are good on its own. Neteller has bigger atm withdrawal limits. 1000 daily, and skrill just 250.

skrill is the way to go, if you are VIP there are no limits merchant transactions, cash-back, no ATM fees and that login token which makes me feel more secure...

I'm a very satisfied Skrill user.
I did use Neteller initially but found Skrill to be much better for me.
Withdrawals faster and free, whereas my bank charged fees for Neteller's and put the funds on hold for 30 days!
I pay no fees for using Skrill with bookies and only a very nominal charge for making payments to others. And no annual fees.
I also enjoy regular cash backs on loyalty points earned.
Skrill's security token is a plus. Neteller didn't provide one.
However Skrill doesn't provide a deb-it card outside of Europe but that's no big deal for me, I have enough cards already.

I'm just fortunate to have the benefit of Poli, that's why I see skrill and neteller as crap, why go through the middleman?

Yes I use Poli for deposits to most of my Australian bookies (not many of them left!)
And when I withdraw I know the funds will always be in my bank account overnight.
But when it comes to overseas bookies that isn't the case. It can take several days. You can't withdraw via Poli.
Using Skrill I can make a withdrawal from pinnacle and deposit those same funds into Matchbook 15 minutes later.
    Can't do that with Poli.
In fact Matchbook doesn't take Poli.
Pinnacle does - but only $500 per day!
Oh! On top of that Skrill pays nice little loyalty bonuses every now and then. I'm not a huge user of them any more but so far this year I've earned a tax free $780.
Hope that explains why so many of us find the value in using a "middleman".

No fees payable to Skrill or the bank.
Can take a few days. No real difference in time as compared to a bank withdrawal from Betfair or Pinnacle I would think. But haven't done a direct one from either book for several years.

I think neteller is the best option.

Skrill is horrible, their fees ( when you send money to a friend ) are realy high.

    Really high?
Sending money costs 1% of the amount sent but is capped at a maximum of €10

It seems there is no charge at Neteller?

Not a service I use very often at Skrill so the 1% doesn't really bother me.

I used Skrill for years, but for the past 6 months it has been mainly Neteller. I buy or order all kinds stuff with the card for no free or make atm withdrawals for 4€ a piece. Neteller has much higher limits with the card than Skrill and yearly fees are smaller.

Skrill bank withdrawals used to be super fast for me (often same day), but they've been slow the past month or so. They just increased their fees too.

With current state of things I changed my opinion to Neteller. Even if bank transfer withdrawal is bit pricier, I usually use the card for no fees, and Neteller has better customer service and is probably little bit safer.

IMO a player should use both e-wallets.
They have ups and downs. It seems that lately, NT is up and MB is down. Those last weeks, MB started charging for every MB to MB transaction and the charge could go up to 10 euros. I dont believe that any logic client would accept this, unless he doesnt need this kind of transactions.
On the other hand, NT to NT transactions are free of charge, but you never know when they change their policies too.
An other bad thing for MB is that they exchange info with bookmakers. Some e-mails between MB and a bookmaker was leaked some time ago, showing that MB has no problem sharing info even with the milkman.
To make a long story short, MB is losing it's dominant position in the market and we are going towards a more balanced situation between these 2 e-wallets. As for the rest of e-wallets...they simply dont exist. Paypal is for e-bay strictly, no use for gambling. ******** has many restrictions etc.
Read more for e-wallets here: http://arbusers.com/index.php/board,11.0.html

There was a time I was using both Neteller and Skrill and I found it a pain the arse to manage how much I needed to withdraw from each book to a specific wallet due to their rules requiring you to withdraw at least as much as you deposited before withdrawing to the other. As not all the books I was using at the time accepted both I found it highly inconvenient not always being able to withdraw to the wallet I wanted to fund.
