I used another computer that I don't usually use in order to check my Balance and my Betting History because I could not access through my mobile, the device that I usually access to my 10bet account. 10bet mobile site was down when I tried to check it and I was not sure about the bets I made in the meanwhile, as some were not confirmed and the Balance did not update or change. I did not even place a bet through that computer.


I do not share my account with anybody, I am not a bonus abuser.
I deposited 400£ in my 10bet account and they removed 396£, approximately, which they mentioned that were my bonus winnings. I do not have multiple accounts, I just have one account registered with 10bet and I do not have any kind of duplicate accounts.


I would like to have my bonus balance back in the total amount of 396£, but I think that I can forget it...
Somebody could advise me?

the 400 deducted from my "bonus balance", however I just recevied 200£ bonus...
they said that the reason was "due to multiple accounts" under same IP..

These guys are theif, I have just wrote a thread having huge trouble getting my funds. This site is a scam, try to get back your money, run away, never come back.
