I have Bet phoenix and the only problem is that I have to have a 8x rollover or at times a 12x rollover and that is kind of high to me. This is a minor problem though. It is not a big deal to me on that. Other than that I seem to have no problems with them at all currently.

Expanding payouts would be a big plus. Neteller is still a non-standard withdrawal option despite taking deposits and advertising it as such. The payouts weekly are extremely low for a book that wants to be a larger player. In addition there is a limited ability to xfer to other books.

All these things are being addressed. Neteller went from "lol doesn't happen" to "sometimes it works, sometimes no, maybe we send you NT... maybe MB..." which is an upgrade. The payouts need improvement along with the ability to xfer to other books, incoming/outgoing.

In addition, the support of PPH shops needs something different. The BetOT fiasco was a little loltarded. Does Phoenix back all its minion shops or will it cut them loose?

We did some tech changes that affected emails for a few days due to exchange policy, and also memory size for the server. I will take that one on the chin as my fault. Has it been ok recently?

We share a main principal with DSI, which is no Industry secret.

I cannot answer this question, as since this, I didn't play at Betphoenix.

Such bad experiences can make bettors reconsider playing at a bookie....the quality of the support is a main factor for me.

If I read good reviews from the improving of the support, I'll probably give BP a chance in the future tho...

8x rollover, which is on the winnings from the freebet, with only risk/win ammount count in the rollover seems a little bit too much compared to other bookmakers, yes...BUT....

...Betphoenix offers very generous (100% up to a lot...) bonuses VERY OFTEN (last time at Halloween), so it's very acceptable IMHO...I rather like a bookie offering lot bonuses with relatively big rollover, than a bookie what offers nothing, or offers "unbelievably good" bonuses, which ends in a closing bookmaker, just as Gold Victory did.
Not to mention, offering bonuses have nothing to do with the grade of a bookmaker....IMHO Pinnacle is the best office in the market, and they just ended all their actual and future bonus offers.

Looks like you can have payouts processed directly on line now, as a drop-down box now appears under "Payout Method" listing a variety of withdrawal options. This didn't exist previously, as I was told by CS that all withdrawal requests had to be submitted either through email or Livechat.

Anyway, that's a good move, as personally I always found it a little disconcerting that the standard online method was not available in the first place, while every other book in the known universe has it.

I like betphoenix alot, one of my fav books around.

Their email support is almost non-existent I agree, but live chat is always on and phone service is excellent too, I had been ordering plays and b2b transfers with matchbook over the phone and they all went smooth, no chasing required.
CS is great, always spot on.

The only downside I see are their limits, if they up them say twofold I would vote for them to become an A+ book with both hands

I made a request this week for 3,000 (check)....and later in the week asked for a book to book transfer for 1,500....I was told that I can not make the book to book transfer based on my previous request this week (the max per week is 4,000).

My problem with this is two fold:

1) I've received bank wires for 8,000 + from the Greek in 2 days (no questions asked or limits per week). At the greek you are entitled to YOUR money whenever you want (THE WAY A true A book operates).

2) If BetPhoenix gives the excuse that the limits are due to processor restrictions and it is the government to blame- this should no impact book to book transfers. If you want to limit weekly payouts to 4,000/week via check I completly understand but this SHOULD NOT impact book to book transfers.

A solid book that I like- but need not A class for sure

Also must call out- NO LIMITS on incoming book to book transfers............................... ... If you don't have limits on incoming how can you limit outgoing??? BetPhoenix...if you want to play with the big boys you need to step up and act like them. BetPhoenix is a solid B book at this point in time. I will be the first to give them an A or A+ if they step up some of these issues.

There is a book on here right now that bought itself an A- rating and never earned it at all. Everyyone knows who that is. They have since been shipped down to where they always belonged, B-

Everyone knows I am not a shill. Only a few books will treat me kind. Richard and Phoenix, from day one, has been a class act. Not many books take the short end of the stick to bolster their image. Phoenix has done this consistently.

Once they had their Neteller issue worked out--they should have been raised to an A- then. SBR is aware of the deep pockets behind Phoenix.

One year from now will be A+. I am drooling over being able to play at an exchange run by these folks.

They certainly remind us often that they should be in the A group. And yes they do have deep pockets but they also have a lot of expenses ramping up a new facility and have a lot of aggressive business/investment plans.

They probably will be a A- book in the near future or next year but way too early to call them a future A+ book imo.

SBRJohn good point. The only thing that I have against them is the phone calls to deposit more into your account. That is an issue with me especially when I am ahead for this year and I don't need to deposit more. That is why I put Bet Jamaica ahead of them because I don't get any phone calls from them at all and I am even in a contest with the pick 15.

Any bookie that only offers accounts in one currency (USD in this case) canīt be A rated in my book.
Whilst it is easy for me to get around/minimise transaction costs, others are not so lucky.

Every A rated book allows you to deposit/withdraw in at the very least USD, EUR or GBP.

They can show your account balance and you can make bets in EUR, but can you deposit/withdraw in EUR. If so, how? All their banking options are USD only (same for Sports-1).
