    Winning and not getting banned?

    Is there anyone who wins consistently and is able to sustain an account with an online sports book? If so, where? And is it available for those residing within the United States?

    If not, I was considering opening accounts with multiple sites and placing smaller bets. Does anyone have any experience with that or have suggestions of which combination of sites would be best (other than bookmaker and BetJamaica, I've been banned from those)?
