Had $2000 to win on a horse at finger lakes today on Betonline.ag. The horse won and paid $4.40 to win. That would be $2400 in winnings.
30 minutes after the race, the wager still showed pending. It finally posted but they cancelled it out! WTF?
I was within track win limits of $5000. Why risk that if they aren't going to pay. I bet if I lost they would have posted the loss.
Anybody have any recommendations about getting this reversed?

Emailed them and 10 minutes later it was reversed. I have to say I have had a pretty good experience with them so far. Been with them about 6 months.

it was a couple of mins before they entered the gate. I am just happy they honored the bet and paid it out and pretty quickly.

New policy they started where if you take any bonus you cant cash out for 30 days even if you rollover and even if you hit zero the account doesnt reset. I have played with them for years but on a very sharp decline and the first level customer service makes call centers in India look like Google in terms of genius.
Anyone that takes betonline serious is your typical recreational bettor.

Now this is how Betonline treats players. 3 years playing betting thousands a week. They lost a wire and admit changing a policy less than one month ago and insult me by saying tips clearly stated. I'm sure it clearly stated but how would anyone know a policy that hasn't existed for the last five years is no changed. I mean this is what I mean. Not even a courtesy cash out given or even an acknowledgement that yes this will catch players off guard. Rather they act as if I don't know how to read the stated rules. I'm still with them but this is getting unbearable.

Apparently my bet was received 2 seconds after their service provider posted the close time. Received an email that because of my play they were going to credit me the win as a courtesy. Very nice of them. I do like their 7% rebate on races.
On the other hand, they are lowering my Live Casino winnings limit. Apparently I must be winning too much. Have received some payouts the past couple of weeks but it seems more nerve racking getting the payouts then it is playing the big bets. Had a wire cancelled and they asked me to accept a ***********. I did receive a decent amount of payouts in the last 2 weeks which i was satisfied with but have a bunch more I am waiting on.

So I did get some resolution to the new policy which is a positive and wanted to share. Again payouts are usually received quickly minus wire and if they do ever change the method it is usual a p2p which is fast and they refund the fees so.

Psyouts has been a strong suit of betonline in my experience once u navigate the hurdles which is why I have stuck with them cause that is the most important part. Plus deposit method is good for me since I use p2p.

getting the run around is enough to make me not play there. 5Dimes and bookmaker have been solid since day 1. betonline has cheated players. once a cheater always a cheater. why should they get a pass for giving someone the run around about over ten thousand in payouts, but eventually paying them? how is that ok? oh they yanked him around for 3 months but they finally paid him. That is just marginally better than not paying at all.

You act like 2011 is a long time ago, and outside the statute of limitations. Betislands paid me 3 times, but we all know how that eventually went.
Betonline isn't a scam book Betislands was and everyone knows it, they had the plan right away to scam everyone. Not sure why u feel the need to compare the 2, when this place has been around for a long time.
Well 2011 must be a long time ago because they completely did i 360 in regards to payout times, hence why they are an A book now. Even if they always paid everyone before even though people complained.
But do what u want, u don't have to play there if u don't want. Right now is the time to play here if u bet on hockey.
I wasn't really comparing the two, rather illustrating a concept. Books pay until they don't. You probably meant a 180 in regard to payout times, but i get the gist. They slow paid or no paid that guy for a lot of money and there were a number of others that had the same experience. If you win, best of luck getting your money out. I would love to pound them senseless on their opening CBB totals (they post lines for all games), but I don't trust I'd ever get paid.
Betonline is close to a scam.......... Very poor customer service......... Very slow payout times...... Very very slow response to issues with customers. This issue with betonline is well known.
