Bookmaker takes away my bet points

I call them and ask them why they say because I'm a good customer lol. This place is really bad. I get on a little hot streak and it's almost impossible to take the money out. You can only make a withdrawal every 7 days and they limit you to $3000 or $2500 depending on who you talk too. I'm a diamond member. I can believe this place is rated for professions and 5dimes is for recreation players. I never have any of these problems with 5 dimes, Heratage or any other book I use. I can make two withdrawals at the other places one check and one **. And I don't have to wait 7 days. Bookmakers rating should be lowered and moved to recreation players. I'm transferring to 5 dimes and paying there crazy $100 transfer fee. I'm tired of my money being held hostage.

You're misunderstanding the terms "professional" and "recreational" as it applies to sportbooks. "Professional sportsbooks" have super high limits (Bookmaker offers 100K limits on featured NFL games and 50K on all the others) and won't kick you out or lower your limits if you win consistently. "Recreational" sportsbooks like 5Dimes have lower betting limits and will severely cut those limits if they deem you to be a sharp bettor. It is MUCH, MUCH BETTER to play at professional sportsbooks than recreational ones unless your average bet size is very small ($100 and below).

Really lol. You have to be kidding me. My average bet is $500 and I have never had a problem at 5 dimes. How do you propose all these 100k players get there money when you can only make a withdrawal every 7 or 8 days depending on who you talk too. Even if you do wire and pay the crazy fee $600 for 10k. According to them there limit for bank wires is 50k and then you have to wait 7 days. There is nobody making 100k football bets unless there rich and simply losing regularly and maybe bookmaker makes an exception. Being a profession book means giving players on a hot streak an opportunity to get there money out. That does not appear to be the case with bookmaker.

IMO bookmaker is a B book now. You will get paid though slowly and its expensive. The customer service is very average..one or 2 clerks are great..one or 2 are absolutely rude and do not care..the rest are ok. The lines are nothing great...almost no bonus or loyalty program if you win. better options out there.

It is a pretty frustrating place to play because of those withdrawal fees and the mixed customer service, but their openers and new expanded availablility of live betting keep me there. If they took away my bet points I'd probably bail too.

The big time players who are wagering with this type of money are going through agents. They don't post up those ridiculous numbers. Much easier for books to use agents and deal with cash, especially with these massive amounts. Getting that type of money in and out regularly is too difficult and costly in today's world. These people are using credit accounts and settling up with agents.
