    more story is i did not take bonus,acc verify before half year.money is removed from acc and not on skrill. now you have 2 posts

    What method are you using? I got a payout from them not long ago. I can't remember how long it took but it wasn't an unreasonable amount of time.

    I registered with sbr forum because of the thread. Also I wait for the money for 15 days far now. Last week the costumer service replied to my mail that the they had contacted the "team payment" and the withdrawal will be processed in that week early, but nothing. I took a look on facebook and its alarming, obviously they have big problems.

    They've been sending out weekly 100% upto £500 bonuses for at least the last month and this week it was 50% upto £750. If that doesn't signal desperation I don't know what does.

    no good reason. think i remember another thread with negatives but do not remember when or what. should not have mentioned closing without reason. should know better. always liked them when i played there many years ago. should not be bashing them now since i know nothing about them except what i read. and i read a post from someone who posted a couple times. don't know how i put together something i think i read and a post from a newbie and come up with they are closing. sorry for the post. thanks for calling me on it and pointing it out so i can revisit what i said and try to admit my mistake.

    When did ownership change?

    I got a four figure payout in early July. From what I recall it took less than 48 hours. But I realize that was over three months ago.....

    What makes you so certain of this? I suggest they will struggle to retain a loyal customer base if they keep up this behaviour. I have been following their social media streams for the past 3 months... and from these (and my own experience with them over the past year) this is not a once-off problem.

    Canbet have issued a tweet today stating they will process all outstanding amounts tomorrow morning (Eastern Australian time). I'll be eagerly watching.

    I have been documenting their questionable behaviour for months and although raising the matter with SBR can't hurt, I don't think it will necessarily hurt these guys where it really matters. So if interested in helping to take matters further, please feel free to get in touch.

    That's a better outcome than most. So that's good news!

    However, for those trying to justify waiting periods of up to month (or longer in some cases) to receive payment, then they are simply apologists for unethical behaviour.

    I've got problems too with Canbet, took the bonus and made a mid 3 figure amount.
    I'm waiting for 16 days by now..

    I mailed them after 7 days without payment, then they promised me to be on "the high priority list" (which was a lie obviously).
    After waiting 4 more days I mailed them again and they said on quote:

    "Canbet are unfortunately experiencing some internal technical system issues. We are aware that these system issues have created a large backlog of withdrawal requests which has inevitably led to a delay with your payment. Our IT Department are currently working around the clock to fix these issues. Once resolved, we will clear the backlog of withdrawal requests as soon as possible."

    I'm not sure if it's a legit reason, but I did not do anything wrong at Canbet..

    All I can do is waiting, but I'm worried because they lied to me in their first reaction.
