    No. It's fraud prevention.

if you bet big, books will think that you are a punter... thats the big problem of a books, what if you are a vip player a just want to have some fun and your normal bet is more than 500 dollars...

    Think you've got that wrong.
A big player who doesn't know what he's doing would be warmly welcomed by any bookie.
Any number of examples of high profile sportsmen who've gambled and lost big, staking far more than many of us would be allowed to.

Ladbroke's is a top shelf book of course when you have hundreds of thousands of customers you're going to get complaints here in the there and you never know the real story of the complaint

It's not a book for sharps but it's a very very very solid book for the most bettors

I think some of these sportsbook issues definitely have a correlation to location

Most sportsbook in world will limit you as it is business 101 in the booking business

Ladbrokes closing accounts with zero bets because they recognise the punters name as someone who will be unprofitable to them, happened to someone I know too.

It actually has everything to do with if they were banned at bookmaker previously as that's the book they took over. Or they had a ladbrokes account once upon a time on there other site(s). truth gets found out eventually on fraudulent players.

    Ladbrokes is Bookmaker in Australia.

If you're done at one you're done at the other.

    Here's some research JJ

Palmerbet has been around the racecourses of Sydney for 30 years taking bets. In august 2013 the opened online.

They use the same company as luxbet for there website!

    Palmer family business.

For your information luxbet is a TAB affiliate

There is an association with the government and possibly this palmerbet

Same exact ID requirements as luxbet

I'm well aware luxbet is backed by tabcorp

Palmerbet has nothing to do with tab

I do play there a little only so far.

    Why?

    1. They offer BOB, which I'd been excluded from everywhere else until Topsport introduced it for the spring carnival.

    2. They have some easy promos with only small rollover requirements.

    3. Even money lines on NFL games.
