Question about moving to another location.

I plan on moving to another location, soon, and I wanted to know if it at the sportsbook, it is as simple as telling the customer service what my new location will be and they will make the changes, or if I can do that myself. Also, will this have an affect on payouts (say, after I move to the new location, and I request a payout). Thanks.

I'm sure the books will ask for new address documentation via utility bill & ID, especially if you're getting a check in the mail. You shouldn't have any problems unless you move to Costa Rica, some books like DSI/Bookmaker don't accept Costa Rican residents for whatever reason.

I've moved 3 times in the past 4 years, some i just update myself and others i had to talk to and get them to put it in just individual processes, but i never had to provide new documents or anything with any of them.

No, they just have procedures, not all of them do it the same.
