    He was paid, $800 on an incorrect price. That money was received by him. The only funds he was docked came as a result of the resettlement of the market.... that set him negative. He owes the book here.

    How things change here. I complain about how the system took the bet and how graded it BY THE SOFTWARE, now looks i steal from the book, previous this issue i have positive balance there. The amount in dispute is around $400 in payment for around $160 in placed bets (plus $240 in winnings), SBR keeping say 800, that was NOT TRUE, I sent an email to you (SBR) explaining the situation, you reply was i have to return those 800 to the book, WHICH I DONT ACCEPT, there no mistake in any circuntance from me the player....... The same answer is i got from the book is the same as SBR.

    SBR, keeping saying what the book said, is not helping to resolve, as you a mediator of the issue, there no comments from your side about this issue, not investigating at all, question we make like, why this happend, this can be repeat in the future, its normal this or was an exception that day.

    If you like we can return to email as my english not very well i can try to explain or comment on any of your question.

    Your English seems plenty fine. You didn't give us any details saying you could only speak via telephone as your English wasn't good, not sure if someone's writing on your behalf?

    It's cut and dry. You cashed out on an incorrect market, the market was resettled. You have no case.

    Wow, people have no heart here.

    Not here to defend anyone or any book. But it seems as if their software had an issue, the player already collected the $800 he won with the glitch-y software and now hes negative after they corrected it.

    Its like seeing your bank account having a extra $500 out of possibly human or software error, you withdrawal the money that's technically not yours and when the bank corrects this, you are -$500.... whats the problem? Goes both ways... if you were a local book and your software glitched, you would want to protect yourself rather your player.. just saying..

    In response to you David, i don't think people said you "stole" from them. It's simply a error on a human or software level. If you want to continue to play there, you respectfully have to cover the negative balance. Otherwise, say "penetrate it" and that's the end of it.

    I know you feel like your being ripped off because you had so many past deposits for a large amount, but fact of the matter is. Your previous transactions are irrelevant.. (no pun intended)

    They dont want to accept that their a glitch or problem with the software.
    AS STANDARD, any malfuntion, any problem or technical issue is a AUTOMATIC NO ACTION or REFUND.

    They even dont explore this option, they keep saying the market now is set correctly, how they can set correctly when at first there incorrect card activated.

    In the past i have a issue with Tony 5 dimes, this same software drop a bet to a past post situation, i proved to tony that the bet was placed in before they off with videos and times, he decided to pay me.

    Have you tried speaking to management there? Try to get a manager instead of a regular customer rep.

    First two emails with wagerweb was with Manager. Last email sent to SBR, remains same decision.

    I can try with this option.
