I've been paid 3x by them. All p2p. Had $ in less than 36hrs each time. Most recent was 2 weeks ago for a little over a G.

Please note- I have been an overly active supporter of gtbets here on SBR and other forums which makes this situation even more difficult to except. Like I said, I would like to gibe gtbets today (Friday) a final chance to do the right thing and have funds in my possession by late this aftenoon.

Good luck, hope you get paid. When I filed my complaint on GT Bets stealing 3k, I wasn't helped.

I plan to wait to the end of the business day to submit complaint. I did give my word to Gtbets that I would wait to the end of today before posting details. Thanks.

I used to be one of GTBETS supporters, but since my first payout with them and a conversation with their manager, i changed my mind/heart. I take more caution on this book. They paid me, but the manager accident spitted out some words that make me think twice about them. Now all my hard earned $$ are giving out to Heritages (multiple smooth payouts) and Youwager (multiple smooth payouts but fees is a bi*ch)

Gtbets has contacted me by phone. I requested a payout for over 2k nearly 4 weeks ago. Each day I would phone/email them searching for updates on my delayed payout situation and would be given different reasons for the delayed payments. I was told the resolution would be solved the following day, but the following day would come and and the funds were obviously not there. This happened day after day. I stayed in regular email communications with them daily and would receive reply emails stating a variety of reasons. The only person there who has been helpful and understanding is "jenny". It is extremely hard for me to post this type of information here on SBR as I have a been a huge supporter of this brand and now I look like a dope. The phone call I got today (which I am happy that they did decide to contact me via phone, versus email which was previously the way of communicating with me.). The new plan is to discontinue the payout request from the current processor and switch to a secondary processor which adds an additional payout time of another 10-12 days, (7 business days). In the end if this payment does end up actually happening..... I would have waited a total of well over a month and half to be paid.

SBR, thanks for paying attention to this issue and I will file a complaint with SBR if another Gtbets promise is broken and the funds fail to arrive again. I still think Gtbets customer service is above average, bonuses above average, site software above average, deposit methods above average..... Payouts were lighting fast and above average and I hope this is an isolated incident and things return to normal with their payout system because it truly is a great place to play for us American players. I will keep the forum updated on how this next payout alternative they are proposing. Good Luck all with the upcoming football season, let the games begin!

One other question..........Anyone know why Gtbets has stopped sending out the newletter the past few Thursdays as they have always done in the past and the fact that the sign up promo has increased from %50 over $150 deposit to now %100 Cash bonuses for all deposits. Are they hurting for cash? Not sure.... just kinda weird that this things are coupled with no paying customers.

Where does it show a 100% bonus for all signup deposits now? I only see up to $150 for 100% bonus like always.

I still get the newsletter. They recently had a $10 freebet promo on the LA Dodgers/Rays game. I received the newsletter yesterday as well. I wouldnt say they are hurting for money because I've offered to deposit but they only offer me the standard 15%. I think a proceed with caution tag is needed for them but that would be almost all of the books that are US facing.

I am also thinking of depositing there as a new player, although I'll of course have my eye on this thread first. Bobby, please tell us what happened with your 3K. SBR, please tell us whether it is true that, as Bobby appears to contend, GTBets stole 3K from him and you were unwilling or unable to help him. I think it's important to hear both sides of this, guys please speak up!

Interesting. Maybe they have taken me off the newsletter list. Not sure why because I have been very understanding up until this point. It cant be because I am up money on them. Even with this payout that they are not paying me I am still down a fair amount of money with them. Oh well.

I have made roughly 4-6 payout with them in the past. each taking 1-2 days tops. Unfortunately moving forward I am unable to use those previous payout methods (p2p). Therefore I am using this other payout method for the first time that they advertise. I did email management before trying this this other payout method and I was assured that it would be a safe and efficient method to get funds. Time will tell....

The the previous payouts I was refering too were normally in the 500-900 range. Not the four figure amount as is being delayed this time.

Ok, thanks for the response. So it could legitimately be a processor issue as well.

That would be the best case scenario I believe. Either way, processor or not.........should not have to wait this long.

True. And they should not have given you multiple different excuses each day either, that does little to stroke the confidence.

If it is a wire that can cause problems for certain shops. I am assuming it is not P2P. I choose a seldom used payout method from a highly regarded book here and they stumbled through it for over a week. It was so bad they called me and asked me how to process the transaction. I would stick to P2P, as inconvenient as it can be it seems to be the best option nowadays.

I think gtbets has the best layout in the industry its easy to navigate. I have never requested a payout because I have had the same account with them since it was run by vipsports and I have been waiting to cash out until it hits 5k.

Well I surely do hope that I have good news to report back to everyone as far as Gtbets paying the funds they owe. To give credit where credit is due,,,,,, they are stating that this is the first time they have ever been in this situation and that they have no intentions on giving bad service. The problem with that statement, which I think is genuine, is that this statement has been told to me over and over without a quick resolution. I truly hope this works out well as I am a fan of Gtbets and want to see them succeed. I just felt it was appropriate to let my fellow gamblers know what is going on as that is what I would want others to do for me. Will keep posted.

Back to my original question.................Has anyone been paid by Gtbets lately???? The reason I ask is that they dont seem to have a problem sending out the 700-900 quick transfers, but not the methods that larger amounts of monies are sent. After waiting nearly a month, the new excuse is that they will send to a different processor and it should be another few weeks. I have never experienced anything like this. I have read about horror stories on SBR, but never thought it would be me. I went with this shop because of the (B) rating....oh well.

Hey Courtesy - if you are drawing more than $2K, most of the offshore books usually hold your funds for about 1-2 weeks before they even process it. The reason is most of the players end up loosing all back & request to put the funds back into the account. Books don't mind to pay $700 - $900 via ********** or ** the following day. Because this is such a small amount & you must pay for a high fee to get it.

Here is my story. I just recently withdraw a little over $50K two months ago. They accidentally called me up & asked if I want to cancel the withdraw & put the money back in the account because they messed up my account with someone else who has 0 balance in the account.

That is the nature of their business. It sucks!

try pulling out less than 1k and see what happens if they let you have the money pull the another amount out then another till you have the full 2k. Its better then wasting all this time for 2k.

I am unable to pull out less that 1k. I cant used *****. I can only use one option they have. Which they say takes less that 12 business days. I will keep everyone here posted on when/if I get paid.

GTBets management has claimed a batch of withdrawals were affected through a specific payment method. While some of the payouts went through, a number did not, leading to some of the complaints that have been posted. They expect all affected players to be sorted by the end of the week.
