After switching ******** like Gtbets stated they would which they said were causing the delays.... I was promptly paid in full. I must say that they carried on as professionals despite my partial ignorance at times which I truly apologize for. I guess maybe some of you can see that frustration can surface when you feel as if you are going to be stiffed. There is a reason SBR has Gtbets rated (B-) here.... because they do pay.

Yes, they really are a book that takes care of their customers. Every birthday they give me $100 free cash, not freeplay. Very, Very good re-load bonuses in form of cash and not freeplay. Jenny, head chick there said that it will be in this Thursdays newsletter. I was simply asking about getting a reload bonus for my next deposit which is normally not allowed after cashing out. But since the delay on their part they reviewed my account and told me I could get a bonus. They said I could deposit today for my normal %25 reload bonus or wait till Thursday because they will be offering 50%. Hope that helps Steve.

Glad to hear - I have still not gotten paid - have 2 pending withdrawals for mid 4 figures - and am still worried - they are telling me they are tracing one withdrawal (meaning they don't know where it went?) and i guess they are saying that the second withdrawal was caught up in this 'batch' - jenny has been helpful but until I get my money I'm still concerned.

I have used gtbets formerly VIP.com for probably 6 or 7 years now. Have been paid within 2 weeks almost every time. Had a minor problem last year but was eventually paid. Just did a withdrawal last sat. for about 4k and received it on tues. With the ridiculous U.S laws on online gambling these books have to come up with new ways to get around them.

good news is i got all the money they owed me - over 5 figures. however, i am limited to $50 wagers (down from like $2k limits previously) so not going to play there anymore. Too bad because they really proved it to me by making good on all the payments they owed me.

i actually asked if they could up my limits for football season but got the old "sorry - management decision" response.

so my take on them - have a lot of faith they will pay - but once you win with them they lower limits VERY quickly on you.

regardless, VERY happy i got all the money out they owed me so i thank them tremendously for that.

Very nice man! Glad to hear it. I have run a nice bank recently as well. I think Ill ride this one out thru football season. I personally enjoy the book as well. The smalls things is what I dig.....
