Bookmaker is good for racing.High rebate & they grade quickly.I'm not sure if you are looking for a race book only. They pay full track prices on all the stuff I play(don't play supers/pick 6's etc.),but I've hit $1000 triple & a few nice exactas($400-$500-full track prices with a 7% rebate)

Twinspires.com and Youbet.com are both great and LEGAL, but have very small rebates. Most of the sportsbooks give 3% rebate on all wagers.

Is everyone overlooking TVG? Aren't they practically THE racing industry? Full track payouts - no rebates though. No fees on deposits.

Bodog and BetOnline are pretty good for rebates and security of wagers -- I really like Bodog's racebook, and they have been processing payments in 3-4 days in the last few months.

Youbet.com is my racebook of choice. Rewards program could use some softening as its so difficult to get anything worthwhile but for ease of use, quality, and quick payouts they are king.

I like 5dimes. No track limits and you get an extra 10% tacked on exotics and to win wagers.

youbet.com has no maximum the money goes into the pools though so at small tracks a huge place bet could mean a very small payout

Bookmaker, Carib, Wagerweb have good max payouts on major tracks when betting pick 3 and 4's.

TVG isn't really that good. Youbet and twinspires are the two best. I give the edge to twinspires, since they have free PP's, but a lot of people like the youbet interface.

You should try www.horseplayersbet.com... They offer rebates between 5-10% and the payouts are very quick.. Never had an issue with them.
