The should be A+, by far the best book out there. You will get paid, the best customer service, not one book can come close to what they do for me. They are an all around perfect operation. When you hear people bash them, it is people that probably don't play with them.

I do think Heritage is an A+ Book for the lucky ones, myself included, who are allowed to play there. They are expanding their customer base slowly so that they can continue to provide top notch service to current clients--according to Kyle at Heritage. By next football season, I'll bet they will be able to take on many more new people.

2) Lose your first deposit and they replace it for free

3) Even money teasers on 2 team/ 6 points

When I signed up, just prior to this FB season, I was given -107 lines. I was later offered 14/5 on pars if I switched to -108 lines, which was a fair trade-off for my playing style. As far as basketball goes, this will be my first season doing hoops with Heritage. I assume I'll get 14/5 on pars and 108 straights in that sport as well.

Teaser prices will be the same regardless. BTW, even money is for 2 college or 1 col/1 nfl or same game NFL (side with total). 2 NFL sides would be -110.

I can guarantee you that in the good old days someone from SBR would have responded in this thread. There would have been an explanation, or a response that they were looking into it, from either Bill Dozer or SBR John. The forum is 100x more crowded now, but the silence is deafening.

Isn't there a huge difference ? It's one thing to exclude due to laws of a country. Does Heritage even accept clients from outside US/Canada ? I am not saying they should open up. But, they can't be rated very high as long as they continue this policy.

5dimes gets alot of knocks on closing peoples accounts for some pretty strange reasons. 5 dimes gets a lot of bad customer service posts... Sure you get paid, but is the hassle worth it?

Yes they do, they accept clients during special periods,where they grow there business. There are a couple of reasons for this.

Higher retention
Less scam players (people who take shots at books)
More reliable/regular clientel

It could also be due to funding... would you rather they let in everybody and when you call them the phone just rings off the hook because all of there cs is busy?

And It probably isn't expensive to get a couple more employees but.. then they need a bigger office and more computers and desks and another manager and more phone lines... anyways you can see where I'm going with this...
