    Horrible customer service. They waste a lot of time with nonsensical questions and their reps have the intelligence of a gnat.

    The best was when they cold call me on father's day asking me if I want to reload. I ask me what they are offering me. They say 10% freeplay. I go why don't I wait until Tuesday and get their standard reload at 20%.
