    CS - pretty poor
Payouts - questionable, used to be lots of complaints and delays only few months ago, not seen too much recently though so may have gotten better.
Lines - pretty good, most markets pretty standard, but reduced in mlb and nhl so thats a plus. Rediculous limits on some markets.

Assuming you're US, I wouldnt call them your 2nd best choice regardless of who your current out is.

I like them a lot because I feel comfortable with having a fair bit of money there. And if I dont, payouts are done promptly.

Agreed. Lines are pretty good but that's about it imo. BO was my primary book for a while but I left about a year ago and haven't looked back.

benandjerrys advice was pretty spot on. things have defaintely improved in terms of cs and how long they take getting back to you.

I've had good experiences with Lars, whos always helped me out when I needed something done.

BOL is one of the safest books presently. I know several players with 6-fig balances there.

agree with justin that betonline seems like one of the safer books lately. that isn't saying much, but if you're going to play somewhere, they're one of the best options these days
