To add insult to injury, my wager which killed my remainder of the transferred $457, was the ripoff non-home run as ruled by blind umpires in that controversial Oakland game a couple of weeks ago ( the one where MLB came out the next day and admitted was wrong)...
Regarding the $270 of my Available Balance from Legendz that was NEVER transferred to my forced WW account, I was scolded by Judy (the Legendz "customer service" person who has now been transferred to WW), for even asking about it!
All of this nonsense, after I had referred 9 separate friends to Legendz with no compensation whatsoever! When I called WW earlier, I told my old friend from Legendz, "Judy", that I was still looking for a decent online book that I felt comfortable with, and that I would gladly refer my frat mates to WW if she could help me straighten out the transfer fiasco, and she simply told me that I was lucky that anything was transferred at all. End of story.
The unfortunate bottom line is that the same folks that apparently ran Legendz into the ground are fully in control at WW, and they are not too concerned about helping the unfortunate people that were victims of the Legendz collapse. They have made no attempt to correct anything, and simply talk over me when I try to come up with some sort of amicable solution. Please understand that the staff appears to remain largely the same, and besides the fact that my funds were held for ransom (10X rollover, reduced to 5X without telling me AFTER I had met the retroactive rollover requirement), zero attempt has been made to transfer the remaining $270 of my Legendz balance that never made it to WW.... Good Luck to anyone else still entangled in this mess!
