are you ****ing serious 5dimes???
long story short, I made a deposit by using ** to these ****ers.... when I called in to give them the tracking number, Robbi told me it will take 20 minutes for my fund to be available. I know sometimes it could take up to 2 hours but I wanted to place money on early MLB game so I checked my account and found out my money has not been credited. So I decided to live chat with 5dimes. Rommel, the customer service rep, told me that they do not have my tracking number and wanted me to give it to him again. So I gave it to him and decided to make a call and talk to 5dimes manager since this is not the first time this happened to me. When I called them, customer service rep wanted me to tell her the reason why I want to speak with the manager. So I explained the reason for my call and she put me on hold. I was on hold for at least 10minutes so I just hung up and called back. When I called them back, customer service rep again wanted me to explain the reason why I wanted to speak with their manager. So I told them I don't want to waste my time so please just connect me to the manager. When I finally got to talk to their manager and explained the whole thing and it's not the first time this happen to me. As a matter of fact, this is third time they **** up my deposit recently and her reply to me was that humans do make mistake. and I told her that humans do make mistake but you guys make way to many mistake recently. Then she told me that I see you have been playing with us long time but you can go play somewhere else. What the **** kind of service is this??? I told her this will be my last deposit to 5dimes. I think 5dimes is rated with A or A- here at SBR. I know they pay promptly and all but their customer service is just wack.
