long story short, I made a deposit by using ** to these ****ers.... when I called in to give them the tracking number, Robbi told me it will take 20 minutes for my fund to be available. I know sometimes it could take up to 2 hours but I wanted to place money on early MLB game so I checked my account and found out my money has not been credited. So I decided to live chat with 5dimes. Rommel, the customer service rep, told me that they do not have my tracking number and wanted me to give it to him again. So I gave it to him and decided to make a call and talk to 5dimes manager since this is not the first time this happened to me. When I called them, customer service rep wanted me to tell her the reason why I want to speak with the manager. So I explained the reason for my call and she put me on hold. I was on hold for at least 10minutes so I just hung up and called back. When I called them back, customer service rep again wanted me to explain the reason why I wanted to speak with their manager. So I told them I don't want to waste my time so please just connect me to the manager. When I finally got to talk to their manager and explained the whole thing and it's not the first time this happen to me. As a matter of fact, this is third time they **** up my deposit recently and her reply to me was that humans do make mistake. and I told her that humans do make mistake but you guys make way to many mistake recently. Then she told me that I see you have been playing with us long time but you can go play somewhere else. What the **** kind of service is this??? I told her this will be my last deposit to 5dimes. I think 5dimes is rated with A or A- here at SBR. I know they pay promptly and all but their customer service is just wack.

nope.... because I actually talked to him before for different incident I had and he is no better.... been hearing lots of negative things about their customer service but never had major problem until today.... I actually liked their customer service before... not anymore though

5 dimes CS...I remember calling them out on a deposit issue. Just be a painstaking asshole to them. Let them know how much you would rather have your money back then the deposit in there book. 5dimes won't just take your money, and the second you cause them to do more work than they should have to do... They actually seem to get shit done so they end up doing less overall work. at least thats my experience with them.

but i'm a cash only account because they cussed me out and I stopped my check deposit with them. Haven't played since. Phoenix seems okay when there website is up...

they did credit me... since money is in the account, I am going to play tonight and request payout tomorrow and close my account with them. I know 5dimes is great as far as betting options goes for degenerates like myself but I rather use somewhere else who will treat me like customer. I sent over 5k to 5dimes in about week and half and this is what I get from them

That being said, rebate wager has probably one of the best customer service I've dealt with, and the fastest payouts. If that's what ur looking for u should give them a try.

I essentially agree with this. However, especially in today's offshore gambling climate, you have to realize there is always the chance of the shit really hitting the fan for any book with American customers, no matter their history and rating. I can't help but feel that, when that happens, the books that already made it clear that they think their customers are scum, will be more likely to screw everyone over than the books that treat their customers like people.

That said, it's probably not enough reason to avoid a place like 5dimes for the average serious bettor.

They are way too afraid of sharp action to be rated A+.
They are quite quick to limit sharps to $50 max.
They are also big on placing delays on your wagers.
They pay and that's pretty much all that is good about them.

Ron, you hit the nail right on the head here.

In less than a year and only with moderate winnings, my limits have been cut to 20% of normal limits making 5 Dimes pretty much useless for me going forward.

They certainly pay quick though, thats for sure but expect to get your limits drastically reduced if you know what you're doing.

I'm going to take this measly $70 from Beat the Prick, turn it into about $1500 by the weekend and see what the fuss is about. They have great betting options maybe second to only the Greek if that but the constant reports of bad customer service alone makes them less than A for me. I want to see for myself just how shitty they are.

with 5imdes, it doesn't matter who you chat with or who you talk with exception of Peter. They are all rude. I guess 5dimes just pay some more to SBR to get A+.... haven't played at 5dimes since the incident and won't play with them forever
