They're a real solid book that will treat you well. With any customer service it depends on who answers the live chat or the phone, it may be someone that can tell you how much they charge for a 1/2pt off the top of their head, or it may be someone that needs to place you on hold while they ask somebody who is more on the ball with the company offerings.

As far as payout goes, poster feedback has always been positive. They're not a sportsbook that will treat steam chasers well, they don't have a very competitive bonus program so bonus whores also aren't really enticed to dive in, but their reduced juice is great and I'm sure the majority of players would be just fine there.
