    Mooregames not pay over 3k euro

    I need your help with bookmaker "mooregames.com". My username mooregames : ViktorK

    I made ​​a deposit 500 USD (22 Apr 13 16:01 CET) Before the deposit I asked chatting with support and found out that they pay no more than 24 hours.
    I made a few bets on that day and decided to book a test payment of $ 100. They came into my account after 3 hours. (100 USD 22 Apr 13 21:44 CET). I won a few bets and ordered to pay a further 2 payments of $ 350 and about $ 2,000. After 24 hours of waiting for the money is not received.
    I started to worry, and wrote again to the live chat, they promised to pay me very soon. The next day there was no money. I began to worry and ordered another payment on more than 1000 dollars. So far, no money. Last day I made two bets on football and basketball. Both won the bet. In the evening they sent a letter offering reload-bonus. My e-mail's of payments they are silent. 28 April I could not go to my account, my password does not fit, then I pushed to recover the password, but the letters with reference to the password recovery does not come to me. Previously, they always come in a few seconds. I have all the bets and odds on which I have to bet. I also have a screenshot log in of my account.
    I won 3,500 euros+. It's a lot of money for me and I am very worried that I might be fooled.

    Nobody is getting paid

    Hello, i have also an account with mooregames, my username with mooregames is gypsikanu, i have made a withdrawal request almost two weeks ago of 1000 euros and i didn t receive any of my money untill now. The only email that i have got from them is this one Hi xxx,

    i have also seen also that they don t have a valid license anymore to operate, they lost it one or two days back because before their license was fine. I don t know also what to do , i have also filed a complaint to SBR and see what can they do in this case

    Mooregames payments

    Hi there

    Looks like nobody including myself for 1800gbp is getting paid.

    Live chat constantly offline and no response to emails to finance/support.

    Have filed a complaint with our friends here at SBR let's hope they have more luck than us.

    I notice also that they are still accepting deposits so everybody BE CAREFUL and avoid at all costs.

    Hi,
    Im in very similiar situation. I log in to my mooregames account and try to cashout my funds (about 700 euro) but cashout options was not working. When I was trying to log in few hours later - "wrong username and password". Live chat always offline, no replies to email (seems like their email adreses not working now "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender").
    Did not filled complaint yet but Im gonna do it if thay will not contact me or let me login tll monday.

    Their website is not running anymore,they have dissapeared with the money. I haven t met this situation with a bookmaker in all my life.

    SBR can you please tell us what can we do against mooregames.com ? I want to take them to court and sue them, Samir Mujagic and mr Bingo Rimer also

    Yes, SBR has received a few MooreGames (unrated) complaints. Unfortunately all information at this time is consistent with the sportsbook scratching their business and going off-line. A report is coming out later today.

    SBR doesn't offer legal advice but suing a "company" like this would likely be very difficult. They claimed to have a sub-license to one of Curacao's master gaming licenses, but they appeared to host their web server in the UK. Whatever information that can be verified will be passed on to players, but it doesn't look good.

    Thank you for this update SBR, can you please tell us the players involved with this situation what are the legal steps that we need to follow in order to get our winnings from this bookmaker? I for example I want to take them to court, you told us that you don t offer legal advice but maybe you can provide us with some companies (individuals - lawyers ) that are into this bussiness and they can help us out here.

    But you are not reading the SBR reply properly.

    They don't offer legal advice and that is exactly what you are trying to get out of them.

    I suggest you wait for SBR's posting on the homepage and get what you can from that.

    Speak to Neteller and ask them to help you, no guarantee at all but you can also search the net for the advice you require.

    Hello again, i wrote to curacao e-gaming but they failed to respond untill now and when i tried to call them they said to me that the complaints and stuff are handled only via email, not via the telephone....I am also waiting for a response from SBR but also nothing happens.
    Can you please tell me SBR how can I take these guys to a legal court? Where can I find more information about mooregames and massivegroup?

    Here is a bit of fun facts about Bingo Rimer.

    From a small town i south of Sweden. Works as photographer for magasines similar to Playboy and FHM. Have mad a porno with an ex that leaked out to the internet.     Hello and thank you for the facts and figures about Bingo Rimer, i don t know how these information will help me in a legal case although.
    I am still expecting a resolution of for some extra information from SBR but nothing untill this moment.
    I also wrote to curacao e-gaming the guys that had the license mooregames but they also failed to respond untill this moment.
    Does anybody knows how a betting company can be sued? What are the legal procedures here?

    Can SBR give us some update with the situation of mooregames ??? SBR allegedly told mooregames they will pass all information about this bookie to the players in order for us to get this bookmaker into a trial or something.

    Ok... Lets say SBR get you all the info (not sure what they'll give you that can't be found within an hour of googling). You find a lawyer (more £££), go to a judge (which country are you planning on doing this?) Judge awards you a win, because mooregames 'management' didn't turn up to defend.... Yay! Problem is, how are you going to get the money, and who are you getting it from? I lost a couple of hundred in Beted which I'll never see again, but have been paid by some of the dodgiest books on Earth, all part of the game. In my greedier days, I would have probably been stung by this place, you just need to be far more wary these days, especially during close season with no major footy on.
