Hi, I have made a total of 3k in deposits in three 1k increments with betus. On the first deposit I took the 100% bonus and agreed to the 2 month hold. I lost all of that money and added my next 1k but decided not to take the 100% bonus only one that required a 6x rollover. I lost that and added my final 1k. I turned that into about 15k. When I requested a payout they said I never lost my freeplay from the first 1k? I would not have added more if I had money left. In addition,, they said I added my third deposit when I had 4k in my account. Why would I do that? they said their records show that so I had to have done it. I have now built it up to almost 40k and I have to wait two months to get my money. they were nice, but I am worried about my money. In addition, they only allow me to wager $50 a hand instead of $500 since I won so much. This is a blessing in disguise so I cannot lose their money back. My questions are has the casino limits been lowered for anyone else and is that a common sportsbook practice? I know they have had a bad rep in the past, but they are much improved recently. Does anyone feel I will have trouble getting my money after the 60 days? They have been around for 15 years and I have met the rollover requirements so I feeel okay. Just wanted some reassurance. No wacko gripes please. Thanks

I have no need for sbr involvment as I can wait the 60 days as I wager football and baseball. I just was trying to see if anyone had good experiences with them with payouts if the terms of BetUS were met. I don't agree with the deposit situation but there is nothing I can do about it. One manager spent an hour on the phone with me explaining the system so that made me feel better. I have printouts of my balance and wagers.

Payouts are horrible mainly because they charge 50 dollars b4 you even see youre money I recommend you take youre action over to 5dimes.They like to send money orders and they only cost you 15 dollars they get their within 2days.I wouldn't recommend keeping you re money in a D rated book not the way these books are crumbling.

I used Betus years ago and it was a complete nightmare. I did receive my money but it was after probably around 15 phone calls on a daily basis for a couple weeks straight.. not a good feeling at all.. I wouldn't play there again.

BetUS are thieves. They have a long history of robbing, stealing, ripping off players.

BetUs is one of the largest online books, thanks in no small part to John Morrison and his betting systems. Their juice is relatively heavy, especially on baseball (20-cent lines), but I've seen similar heavy juice with other books. They offer betting on a LOT of sports and their parlays and teasers are some of the most flexible to play with that I have found.

Because they have grown so large, they've been forced to clean up their act in the past couple years, which is the best way for them to continue to grow. If they continued to be thieves and robbers, as so many here say they were in years past (and some were indeed victims of past abuse), their lucrative business would funnel down the toilet. Believe me, BetUs is NOT going to be one of those books that goes out of business.

Xanax, I still have a large bankroll at BetUs, but in the past several months (since discovering SBR), I have gradually withdrawn a lot of my money from them and moved it into other reputable books. It was probably a mistake to allow your bankroll to grow to $40k with one book (any book). It is better to have four $10k rolls with four books than one $40k roll with one book. My advice to you is don't try to make large withdrawals every week or every month: just gradually withdraw money over the course of time, varying the amount of withdrawals, so it doesn't look like you are just trying to get out forever.

And it is absolutely essential that you develop a good relationship with your customer service rep. If that person cares about you they can really get shit done for you. My rep is Amy (ext. 2604) and she has been a sweetheart for me. Of course, there is high turnover in the service department, but whoever you end up with you should make friends with them if you can. As long as they feel you are going to continue to be an active gambler with them, they will never steal your money. I have been with them for one year and I have never had a problem with them stealing my money. Their withdrawals aren't lightning fast, but their fees are about average and overall I think they are a safe, reliable book (with relatively shitty juice).

I seriously doubt he is screwed. BetUS has gotten much better over the last year and the do pay...sometimes a little slow but they do pay.

I would NEVER have that much in a single account though. Just not a good way to do business.

BetUS was a nightmare for many people in the past but I think I could comfortably recommend them...just don't keep large bankrolls with them....or most other books.

And the recommendation to make friends with a customer service rep is a GREAT IDEA!
