    Ladbrokes - AVOID !

I play live baccarat at Ladbrokes. When I joined them, my account had been immediately suspended while placing the first withdrawal request.

I was asked for identification documents like passport/drivers license, copy of front and back of my CC, bank statement or other utility bill. So, I sent all the requested documents the very same day.

My account was reinstated in a couple of days, and I started playing. I played small bets... Won sometimes. Withdrawals were fine.

I started accumulating my winnings in my Ladbrokes account and started betting max amount I.e. £30,000 / bet.

I made like £600,000 in 2 days. I called the customer support for a withdrawal. They said they'll do the needful and inform the banking team.

In a few hours time, I wasn't able to login into my account. I called them andi was said that they are investigating my account and will reply at the soonest.

I received an email after few days saying my account has been suspended due to suspicious activity. And it cannot reinstated. I am tired of convincing them, emailing them. It has been over a month, and now they've stopped replying.

I started from depositing £10 into my account. Slowly and steadily, patiently...I reached £600,000. And what do I see... All efforts turned futile.

It's a strong advice to players... AVOID LADBROKES. After reading numerous complaints from other player like mine, considering withdrawals, restrictions, etc., I strongly advice. It'll be a complete waste of time/money/hopes

If I would own an online casino I would also not believe that you won £600k from a £10 deposit in an honest manner and I would also consider "suspicious activity" in this case ... even if I would not have any proof for it ... I am pretty sure online casino software is setup so you can not do what you just say you did

I was playing Live Baccarat... the cards dealt in front of you... yea it would be a different scenario if they had some kind of computing cards which changes their face value according to the bets played

But why was i suspended ?

Can anybody suggest on this ?

So from 10 to 600000 in 2 moths is slow , i would be ecstatic if i could double my money every year. Lady will probably pay you, but no way i would keep 600000 of anything at any bookie no matter how trustworthy they are (unless 600k is a pocket change for you)

If you are in UK (Im assuming you are as you are betting in £ - unless they convert currencies..) You have a lot of options if what you are saying is completely true.... Go to the papers, go to a ladbrokes shop and speak to a manager, citizens advice, you can even get a lawyer.
But I suspect you actually did something suspicious, I just want to know what!!

    Yes, my bad

I didn't withdraw at certain intervals and kept accumulating at Ladbrokes !

But i made that decision looking at Ladbrokes credibility... and i never expected to face such a scenario !

No reply from Ladbrokes at this stage. Seems they have Blocked all incoming emails from me. When i call them over the phone, i get a response saying that the investigation is in process and i shall be updated at the earliest !

It has been about a month, i don't understand when will their earliest arrive !

Nope, i'm from Oceania. But i had my currency setup as British Pounds.
I did make a visit to the lawyer but the problem is, at this stage, i hold no evidence that i had a balance of 600,000 GBP in my Ladbrokes account. I just have an email sent to Ladbrokes for withdrawal.

I cannot access my account, else i'd come up with all of my gaming history, proving my game play was legitimate too !

Not Ladbrokes, their regulator - Gibraltar Gaming Commissioner.

http://www.gibraltar.gov.gi/remotegambling Thats the link for the gaming commisioner it also says they have to comply with the gambling act of 2005
I really dont think Ladbrokes will screw you, they are just looking for an out not to pay you. If everything you have said is true, and you havent lied when you registered, then you really should be paid.
The only thing I can think of is if there is a cap on how much you can win in the casino? I know you can win millions on the slot machines but not sure on the other games....

Assuming this is true: big wins like this will often be thoroughly checked out, they're simply looking very closely to see if you broke any rules that would allow them to not pay you. If you won gbp600, they wouldn't bother, not worth the manpower.

ha ha I don't believe this story either!!! Don't believe £10 can be turned into £600,000. Would like to see a screenshot of this if this is true and the account gets opened again. Honest opinion? NO PROOF = BYE BYE just over half a million! lol Why would any normal person let the winnings build up to that much without withdrawing it in one go. I don't blame Ladbrokes for thinking this is suspicious. Little tip - ALWAYS TAKE SCREENSHOTS of balances and transactions as they can now say you have a balance of, £0 :-)

Maybe i'm wrong but not sure that you understood well this guy. It's not 600 K, but only 600. When he wrote 600,000 obviously he was referring to 600.00 (6 hundreds).
Earlier for 300 he wrote 300.00 but then for 600 wrote 600.000.
