One year ago Betway robbed me, too. Betway conficated over 1300 Euro because of a violation of the "30% rule. I talked to the Support of Betway, they promised me a re-investigation, but the result was:
Support: "I have reviewed your account and can confirm that the winnings has been confiscated and will remain confiscated as you have broken the terms and conditions in terms of the bonus received"
I wrote to SBR two mails, three days ago, but there is still no answer or a statement.
I don't understand why SBR is not on my side and grant Betway amnesty.
