You know what happens when you take that attitude. Books get scared of posting a bad line, so they limit the number of options they give, less lines = less chance of having one wrong. Originally Posted by Peregrine Stoop

I have been with them for years also, and never had a real problem. You just have to be smart. If you get the feeling the operator isn't sure about what she is telling you, then call back or ask for a manager. As was said earlier in this thread, if you treat them with respect and are nice, they will reciprocate. The problem is people like the guy on here who complained that he was banned and then posted his chat showing that he started off the conversation calling the operator a c*nt and telling her he hoped her family died of cancer (all because HE didn't read the VERY clear rules and thought he could get a free payout any day). It is unreal to me how self-entitled, rude and just plain horrible many gamblers can be when they are losing. I have won big and lost big from 5dimes, never had problems with attitude, getting money out or anything else.
BOTTOM LINE: If you take responsibility for your mistakes and actions and act appropriatly, you will not have problems with 5 dimes. If you are self-entitled windbag who expects something for nothing and can't admit your mistakes, you are going to have a problem with any site you play with.

I've been with 5Dimes 4 years and never had a problem. Although, if BM had reduced juice that would be my book of choice.
